My son has been going to this Kindercare for almost a year now. He was on room 2 with miss Chole. He loved her so much she was fun, energetic and really nice around kids. But now as he moved to room 3 he hates it. Dropping off has been a nightmare and we have noticed that teachers don’t even care. My son cried for literally 10 minutes but they didn’t even bother to come and try to console him. They just sit there watching. Even when other kids are crying or pushing each other they simply sit and watch. We used to love this kinder care but I need management need to pay a close attention on their teachers and how they treat the kids.

If you look at the reviews, these are all old reviews and do not reflect the current state of affairs at this location. We would not recommend this KinderCare to anyone. Our daughter was placed in an 18-24 month old classroom when she wasn’t even 13 months old yet and the reports we got were that she was an anxious baby who cried all day. This was due to her abruptly switching to a one nap per day schedule in a cot, which she had never done before starting here. She is normally a very happy and cuddly toddler, even with strangers. She was also being compared to toddlers who 6-12 months older than her and was described as “needy” because she was a tired and scared 12 month old. We recommend that everyone avoid this location of KinderCare; we’ve had her in another KinderCare location prior to this and she thrived because she was in the correct classroom and she was appropriately cared for.

Amazing, compassionate team of people who genuinely love the children they care for. We were so lucky to have found them to help with our perfect little boy. He fell in love with them and I know he thought of them as family. He passed suddenly and they all mourned with us. They showed up for him even in his death and I cannot speak any higher on the experience we had with them.

I swear the universe was on our side when she led our family to Summerlin Kindercare. As a working, full-time military spouse, its difficult to find a facility where I can put my 100% trust and know that our daughter is cared for in every aspect of her development and safety. I’m continuously blown away by the immersive curriculum, welcoming and thorough staff, and general above and beyond energy brought by her teachers, desk employees, and management. My daughter comes home every day sharing a new word. The growth is phenomenal! No child left behind physically, academically, and emotionally is truly a daily mission at this facility. (Not sure if this is a part of their mission/vision statement or not, but it should be ?) They’ve become family and I’m genuinely so grateful. I cannot wait to see what strides our daughter continues to make at Summerlin Kindercare.

My son has been here since when he is 8 months old. And so far he goes for 10 months! So far he likes it so much and looks so fun every day! When he starts daycare, he was so shy about everything, but now he isn't at all. We didn't know which daycare is the best at first, but we checked for school tours and we like it, immediately. The atmosphere of KinderCare is great and clean and the teachers and all staff are so friendly and cheerful! And another good point is we can choose 5 hours of 5 days daycare also. So, fortunately, we could try, casually!

I don't even know where to start. If I could give this center 10 stars I would. My family and I had moved to Nevada, and have no family or support system here. I had previously had to quit my job due to my son experiencing health issues. He was doing better and it was time for me to start working again. I had done a google search of childcare centers in the area. It felt overwhelming.I heavily put importance on reviews or centers, some yes I take with a grain of salt. Overall it helps me in making a well rounded decision.I had made an appt with KinderCare to come tour and see the location. The location I toured originally was "the lakes" center.. Kashmir was the director there. I sat there with my son hardly a year old, in my lap. I had started crying at the thought of putting him in someone else's care, and it was overwhelming. Kashmir offered me a tissue and was just so so patient, and kind to us. Still crying...I took a tour of the facility and met teachers. I knew without a doubt this was the perfect center for my son. Kashmir took her time with me, didn't rush or pressure me, and CARED. My son attended and the center ended up closing due to covid.I kept in contact with Kashmir, and heard she ended up at this location here on Marigold. I immediately got on the wait list and enrolled my son as soon as I got work again (was out of work due to covid)I cannot say enough about Kashmir, the teachers, and staff at this center. My son has many food allergies, his allergies are taken seriously. I pack all his meals, they are always on top of feeding him on schedule. Every time I call the center I am greeted and I ask for what I need etc, and always asked if there is anything else. My son is autistic and originally struggled with settling down for naps. Kashmir and her teachers worked with him and now he naps daily! My son had a speech delay as well, this was a huge concern for me. Many teachers have spent 1-1 time with him and given me updates on his interactions/how he is doing. When my husband or myself pick up/drop off, all teachers and staff are so friendly and tell my son goodbye by name. The assistant director Anastasia is amazing as well. My son recently started pre k at an elementary school. My son goes to daycare in the morning and evenings and school In between.Anastasia is amazing and always helps me with any needs, his bus schedule, scheduling on non school days, assisting with his feeding schedule. A beloved stuffed animal was lost, as well as a sippy/sweatshirt, all replaced by KinderCare. Between his school, the drop off and pick up of the bus, it can happen. Just an amazing and heartfelt gesture. I went from not wanting to place my son into a childcare center, to both of us smiling at drop off and pick up.. I feel everyone loves my son here and truly cares about his well being. I love getting photo updates when I'm working during the day, and knowing he is cared for. If you are hesitant, I understand, but trust me-this will be the best decision you can make to place your child (children) at this facility. Thank you Kashmir, Anastasia, Ms. Diamond, Ms. D, Ms. Andrea, Judy and staff!! We love you all!!

I absolutely love Summerlin KinderCare! I communicated often with the director Kashmir and Alex - the supervisor who greeted me daily at pickup and drop off. Alex made sure to introduce myself and my sister in law (whose daughter was also in toddler/waddled class) to all the teachers and our favorite teachers Ms Joanna and Ms Rachel are so sweet, kind and attentive to all the children. They take 3-5 pics and videos of our babies daily with detailed captions on their daily learning and activities. My daughter and niece LOVED daycare and LOVED their teachers. My niece Raven has a lot of food allergies so Judy the dietician was sure to greet my sister in law and go over her food allergies and accept our food from home if the meal schedule had allergic food. All of the staff treat our babies as individuals with love and care. You can see them reaching them art, crafts, building and songs daily on the videos of the KinderCare app. It also has a detailed report of bathroom, nap times, and food eaten.Alex the supervisor always let me know of any incidents (there were only two in six months) such as my daughter bumped her chin - which she called me immediately about , my daughter’s diaper rash - which resolved quickly (cream always applied during changes).

Our 18 month old daughter has been at KinderCare Summerlin for 4 months and we couldn’t be happier! Every morning she grabs her shoes and waits by the door because she just can’t wait to go. She’s learned so much thanks to the wonderful teachers in the Waddlers classroom. We love getting pictures and updates in the KinderCare app to see how she’s doing. The first week was a tough transition for her, after being at home with mom and dad for her first year. The staff and teachers made it as easy as possible on all of us. After her first week she was laughing and smiling running in the door every morning. We’re so grateful to have a place that takes such great care of her!

My son has been going here for 5 months now and we love this day care so much. The staff is so very caring and experienced and loving. We took our 2 year old to a different daycare that charges much less and they couldn't help our son. He's highly sensitive and he's only 2 so his whole remembered life experience is during quarantine. It was hard for him to adjust. But they laid with him until he got used to napping there and he adjusted really well They keep the kids busy with projects all the time. We get pictures of him drawing and playing outside and learning with interactive toys. Like "fishing" or "milking a cow" or figuring out fun puzzles. In the spring they gardened!!! I can't show him gardening at home. I don't have a yard or the space or time to do that. He gets to play with dirt at school!!! He loves it. He really really loves it. And I was afraid he wouldn't be able to go to daycare yet. I didn't know what we were going to do. And because of the teachers here he's thriving. And he already knows his colors! I help with that too but I really think it's Kindercare that got him there so quickly.

I was extremely hesitant and nervous about starting my newborn at a daycare but I was lucky enough to find Summerlin KinderCare. The staff is friendly, accommodating, flexible and you can see the love and attention they show my little one. I feel very comfortable dropping my baby off and knowing that he will be well taken care of while I focus on work.

An amazing preschool. They really care about the students and it shows in everything they do. They've also put a lot of covid precautions into place which help ease concerns.

My son has been in this school for almost two years now and I am happy with it so far. Great quiet location and atmosphere feels like home. It's very small school which I love. Every teacher and stuff member knows each student and patents. My son loves his teachers in his class and I can see improvements in his education every day. Special shout out to the new school director Kashmir. This women works and knows how to make everything better. Constantly improving, making easy to communicate with the management and just overall on top of everything. Very impressed with the way she runs the school. Also the app that parents can see daily updates, schedule, menu and child's pictures is so convenient and makes everything better. Thank you Summerlin KinderCare.

Our 11-month old son loves it at Summerlin KinderCare. My husband and I have been impressed with the infant/toddler teachers since our initial tour. The way they engaged with the children was the primary reason we opted to enroll here in the first place. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the level of care and engagement has not diminished. KinderCare provides our son with opportunities to learn through thoughtfully designed "lessons" (e.g., the teacher froze toys so the class could learn about "cold"), outlets for creative expression (today he got to tie-dye a t-shirt), and plenty of space and toys for play. It's no surprise he's happy to be back at KinderCare, rather than stuck at home 24-7. The staff also have been very serious about safety, taking numerous measures to mitigate risks during the pandemic. Finally, they communicate with parents. I love getting daily photos and updates through the KinderCare app. In addition, we get regular emails from the director and are encouraged to meet with the teachers as needed.
