Left my little maltipoo for 6 days while out of town. She was supposed to be bathed, nails trimmed ready to go when we picked her up. I called in the AM and was told they couldn't bathe her because she was snippy and scared. Of course she was scared! They told me they would attempt to clip her nails before I arrived. Upon arrival her nails scratched my daughter because they weren't clipped very well. And she was not bathed. When I said @arent you an animal hospital? How could you NOT calm her down?" The explanation was the same she was snippy and we couldn't give her a sedative. She's 12 pounds. You couldn't handle her? I've had other animals and have taken them to the VCA with no issues -even bigger dogs! Personally I will not return to this business.

I had to put my baby down this past Saturday. I first took her to SAH the first week of June. I was told that she had kennel cough. They put her on antibiotics and a cough medicine. After a few days, she was not getting better and took her back in. I REQUESTED X-rays and left her there. Picked her up at 5pm and was told that it was possible pneumonia, fungal infection or maybe cancer. But they were just throwing cancer in there as a minor possibility. Brought her home, continued her on her new meds and Saturday she started breathing with her mouth open. Took her to emergency vet hospital and they did X-rays again and they showed them to me and her lungs were solid white. My baby had been suffering all those days. This was her last picture before she was sedated and euthanized. I took her for a check up in April and even way before that I told them I had concerns about a growth on her ribs and they never tested her for cancer. They just told me it was a lipoma and it was nothing to worry about. They also missed a growth she had on her neck back in 2021. I had to take her back because they didn't feel it when they were doing her check up even though I told the tech what I was concerned about. I couldn't talk to the vet because at the time we were just allowed to drop them off out front and they would come out and get our pups. I trusted them with my girl and maybe I should have advocated more for her. I'm giving them 1 stars because the front office staff is great but they don't have a clue about what they are doing. After $1600 in fees they couldn't tell me what was happening to her. She was our first fur baby and miss her dearly. I know that if it would have been caught early and my concerns taken serious, she would still be here.

Dr. Reynolds and his staff are outstanding. I've been bringing my two pugs and two cats for years now and have never had a bad experience here the staff even calls to check on my dog when there's something wrong recently, they followed through with the specialty center on ensuring that my dog has been treated and what was done to the records. I would highly recommend this place as this is very educated as far as animals go and you will feel like a family member when you come there and your dog will be treated so kindly. We've always had animals and I've tried other vets, but there is no other vet as awesomeness this one

I was on a trip where I was contacted by Dr Renyolds by text message and phone message, someone in the office gave my cat an overdose of insulin. Since I didn't get the message until after 3:30 pm on Saturday I was not able to talk to the doctor. I've been worried for the past couple of days. I'll be calling the office before I go to the office to get my girls. So upset.

The vet, techs and staff are the best. My dog walks in a has to say hello to everyone. They treat him as their own which I find very important.

We have been going to see Dr. Reynolds and staff for almost a decade - they have seen us through end of life care for three of our senior pups and one senior cat with incredible patience and caring. They went through literally every treatment option a senior pet can have and gave us the most clutch specialist referrals as needed. They now provide care for our other three pups and I'm reminded why; they know you when you call, they accommodate you with the quickest appointments possible and even in this time of Covid they do curbside drop off and keep you in the loop via phone throughout the service. I highly recommend their vets, vet techs and front office services.
