I must say I am very hard to impress but Sugarboo did it! We were on a trip to Vegas and I bought items that were extremely fragile. They said they would ship and they did so promptly. I am so impressed with the professionalism and personal touches from start to finish. These was the most thoughtfully packaged items I’ve received in years. The wrapping was so well done it was as if they were sending a family heirloom to their mom. There was no way anything would have possibly broken. I’m so touched and grateful for their service and thoughtfulness. The people in the shop in Vegas were so kind and thoughtful. Thank you Sugarboo!

I went in because of the for-sale sign, lying to myself saying I would just look. But of course, I walked out with a dream catcher, a box of gems and a book on sloths.. surprise. The ladies in there were nice, they smiled as I passed and helped me choose two of the three things I was getting as presents. I figured I was meeting up with a couple of friends in the coming weeks and this looked like a good place to find them something a little more unique. This shop had a little bit of everything.. I could have walked around for another half hour if I had the time, some things were just odd but sweet. But it isn't cheap.. plan on having and spending the cash if you're coming here.

This is an absolutely lovely store!! If you visit literally only one store in the Canal Shoppes at the Venetian, make it this one. This place is the perfect combination of unique, delightful merchandise paired with extremely warm and helpful employees.I was particularly impressed with the items they shipped me after the fact. Every single item was packaged with extensive care. It was definitely in my top unboxing experiences of all time.I believe the girl who helped me in the store was named Madison Cathie? She was great, and everyone else there is extremely pleasant and kind as well!

visiting Las Vegas from England we shopped in this store whilst staying at The Venetian hotel. The store was crammed with such beautiful gifts. The staff were exceptional. Exceptional in their competence, service and helpfulness. We have NEVER used international shipping before but the staff in the store made it all so easy. We will have memories in our home which we will treasure from your store forever - Thank you.

Customer service was awful. Workers followed me around like I was a thief and picking up after anything I touched. It was disturbing and certainly a deal breaker -- the ladies never said hi or asked if I needed help and I was the only customer. Loved the product but I'd never spend money where I'm treated like Julia Roberts....... I'll pass

Such a great addition in the Grand Canal shops. I had visited a Sugarboo when I was in Orlando and fell in love with all the uplifting pictures, home decor items and other items you can find. While I could have purchased any number of items, my luggage limited me. I ended up purchasing a small card that I chose to frame and add a dried flower to it. It was only $10 and will be a great addition to my office. They have a lot of neat journals, notebooks, wall hangings, coffee mugs, jewelry and other items. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

My family shops here when they are in town. I have gifts from here. Today was my first time and it was such a nice store. Lots of items for hard to buy for friends.
