This has been my UPS store for quite some time. I've tried 1 other , just didn't feel right, so here I am....I simply adore the staff there on weds. #SimplyTheBest#....The level of cust/service is phenomenal....Anything you may need while conducting business is definitely provided to make your vist as enjoyable as can be...From my heart to yours, these holidays, Thank you ...Thurston"Happy?~?Holidays"Ps. I went to the ups store to ship out a package and the young,tall man greeted me and was so nice and friendly.I had some questions and he knew all the answers to them. He was fast and efficient made the whole process fast and easy.I was very pleased with him and will be coming back to this ups store!!

I love coming here cause it make you feel like home. And if you have an issue, all the employees give not five stars I wish I could give you 10 stars. They love treating customers individual 120% service.

I just had a wonderful experience at this UPS store. It is under new management and Dominic took care of me today. Lots of changes at this location and they are getting ready for a nice remodel as well. Thanks for your help Dominic!

Came here on Sunday Feb 12, becuase they are one of the seldom stores that open on Sunday.Arrived at 3:32 to drop off my box, they close at 4pm.The door was locked, no one is answering.After calling the store, a very angry big woman came out from behind the store, angry, mean and rude… absolutely scary and unpleasant.I really hope she didn’t “accidentally” throw my package in a corner never gets delivered or throw it on the ground so hard that it arrives it’s designation broken…I’m never coming to this freakin UPS again.

Everyone working at the store was nice and attentive, greeted me, and offered to help me when I entered. I stopped by to do a large stack of Amazon returns. I’ve never returned anything this way. I didn’t have everything I needed. I was fully prepared to come back, but the sweet girl who worked there helped me get everything together and get them sent out. I didn’t have to make two trips. She saved me time. SO appreciated.

I’m a huge fan of Dizzy Wright and have been since he dropped Smoked Out Conversations! It was a dream to come to his shop, support the team and get some killer merch and kick it with the store manager. We missed Dizzy as we were leaving but we’ll be back for sure. Mad love from the 801 to the 702

Most underrated artist in the industry dizzy has been giving back to his fans for years had my limo driver pull up last night to show some love to the store from the 602 to the 702 We vibin hard still movin the movement and I feel everyone needs to experience what this unique store has to offer signed cds? vinyl albums dizzy wright merchandise is great price and worth any drive highly recommend this location to any music fan or dizzy fan !
