I bought boots online and returned them.. because they had something wrong with them.. which I had also mentioned to the girl I may also return them because I had a hard time putting them on in the first place I know this store earns commission totally fine but made it so I can't return the shoes at all and didn't mention it because she wanted to keep the commission really shady and now I can't even put the boots on because they're so tight and Steve Madden refuses to return them

DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION,Never coming back to this specific store. The lady who was yesterday around 1mp did not want to take my return. Or credit to another same thing I was told her I use one time I try to use the second one but is reaped that the lady said "she doses ". Try to help item was in New condition, because I used second time I had picture also with the boxes customer service. Is so wrong ? i leave de box with sandals I don’t know recommend this sandals is ? like putting your money on trash I don’t bring this trash boxes to my home

My amazing experience was honestly unexpected because I had a small issue that was my fault. Wendy was extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. She helped me with a couple pair of shoes and I left more than happy. The service she provided are parallel to the standards I have set for my team and business. I appreciate her and this store very much!
