I'm new to storage but I couldn't have had a better induction. They must've thought we were high or crazy-- we were grinning ear to ear throughout the entire transaction. It was that much of a relief to not have to deal with that pile of crap to and back again from my parents. Great facility and extremely helpful people. The 5x10 is huge... plenty for us as we had already given away our furniture. The autopay is set up and I expect this to be a painless and smooth three months.The man who helped me force post stroke David to stay in the car may or may have not been the owner. The woman in the office may or may not have been the owner. The super cute dogs in the office may or may not have been the owners-- everyone had "ownership energy."Wholeheartedly recommended.

Management is extremely rude and very unapproachable. I have been here over a year and still haven't had the light in my unit fixed, nor the exposed wires taken care of. I wish it were 24 hours for unit holders or even just extended past the 8:25p (or mgmt. will lock you in and charge you $50). However, the prices are decent.

Well I sure hope the people who gave a 5star review is aware of the mice chewing stuff up the units. Not to mention the horrible owner ship and management. I didn't have a problem with them at first either. I was renting two 10x30 units and paying every month like clockwork. They raised my rent every single year and never notified me of it and charged me late fees every time Even when I paid on time the full previous amount. I found a great storage place in Boulder City 10x25 for $165/month and even the owner who was extreemly nice. Get your stuff out of there and move somewhere else because I guarantee you, a very unsatified stay there. Lets not even mention the PEOPLE They let live there in the storage units which is illegal. They lost one of the best customers they would have ever had. DO NOT RENT THEIR MICE DUSTY INFESTED ATTITUDE DRIVEN BS PLACE.
