“Paula the manager was great process was quick and easy got my truck and the return was even better Don’t remember the associate name but she came out inspected the truck and I was good to go got my estimate charge and not the rest of the deposit is being refunded back to my bank great team of ladies in there”
“The staff was very professional, courteous and competent. The vehicle worked fine and I would recommend them to others. So overall, the experience was perfect.
The only thing I would add, and it has nothing to do with this store’s operation, and I am quite sure it is a personal preference, but I did not really like the reservation gentleman constantly referring to me as, “boss“. Calling me by my first name or my last name or even sir, would’ve been far better received.”
“Fact: I contacted several Storage Facilities to find one that was suitable to my needs both with content space, location, cleanliness and Security and MOST IMPORTANT was Courteous and Knowledgeable. Storage One on Ann Road fulfills all these needs.OPINION: My phone call was picked up immediately, Karisia was knowledgeable and answered my questions and stated she would have Jayme, Facility Manager, call me. Within 10 minutes Jayme called me to Thank Me for looking into their Company. Upon her knowledge, concern and happy attitude, I chose to bring my contents to her facility after the pricing convenience. WOW! WOW! WOW! Best pricing for what you get! The Outside of the grounds are neat, well painted and very safe. The Sign-Up process was quick, easy and well communicated. Then the walk through to my unit was very pleasant with great communication. The Unit is very tall, neat, clean and Secure with the best lock (added into the pricing. NO hidden fees!)Jayme, Facility Manager, is very pleasant, knowledgeable, well organized and enjoys her job! I definitely recommend you call, visit and experience what Jayme's facility has to offer you based on your needs. You won't be disappointed.”

“This will be my second time renting from this location. They are super nice and helpful, never an issue with my bookings. I've used other Uhaul rentals in town and this location has the BEST customer service, no one else in town compares. As a Realtor I will sometimes cover the Uhaul rental so I do the booking and pick up the truck and there's always an issue. Not at this location, very organized.”

“Good service and setup help. Some of the employees were very cool and friendly. It's a good location being on that corner of W Hacienda Ave and S Jones Blvd. Hacienda is a pretty relaxing street for leaving the gate. it does have some road cones up, but the road is good. Be careful driving around inside the gated area next to the storage units because there are step down sections in the pavement every so often, but they are more significant closer to the buildings so go around or gently go speed bump slow.”
“Rented a 12-passenger van from United. Van was clean, easy to drive, the rate was affordable, and their no contact pickup and return policy made it fast and easy to pickup and return the van. Would highly recommend.”
“This location is my first choice for last minute pick up rentals and for 26ft box trucks. The trucks are always clean, run great and have never had an issue. Joe and his staff are friendly and always leave me satisfied with my rentals. Thanks for all your help Joe!”

“Storage One off of Cactus gave amazing customer service! They went above and beyond with customer service! I've been to other locations that had office hours but when you show up at 1000 it says, "will return at 1pm!"Although carts are only available during business hours, there are an ample supply of them.The facility is clean, air conditioned below 75 and well lit with motion activated lights (very helpful if you are terrible at navigating a maze!). I always know where I've been! Signage inside indicating directions their office and then another sign directing to restrooms.”
