A huge shoutout to Ricky!! We came into the store on three separate occasions within a span of one weeks to take advantage of a promotion, later changed our minds about the phone we chose, and on top of that changed phone plans and accounts. It was so confusing for us and because of our million changes, it was frustrating at times; we had set ourselves and Ricky up for a complicated time, yet, Ricky's competence, knowledge, patience, professionalism, and kindness made everything bearable and well executed. We can't thank him enough for everything. Ricky has our deep appreciation and we would recommend him to everyone that goes into the store.

Went in today and Julian helped me out. I was switching from Verizon to T-mobile and Julian was very patient with all the questions I had. The whole process was pretty smooth! Excited to be a new T-mobile customer.

Gosh where do I even begin. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could ! I was directed by corporate to go Into this store to see a manager because a year and a half ago when I got my phone here they gave us $800 trade in credit towards my new phone and we paid the remaining balance. Well the other day I went to get the new IPhone at a different location and was told I wasn't allowed to because this Decatur location put my phone under a promotion of 24 months meaning I have to have this phone for 24 months and am not able to get a new one and I'm guessing the girl that helped me here did that because she had to meet her Quota for the promotion. The manager Hoss didn't even want to be bothered with helping and when he came over I told him at Verizon I usually would just pay the difference and the phone was paid off and he literally called me a "Liar" ... I am still in shock this guy is still a manager here after all the bad reviews. He was seriously so disrespectful and refused to help me with this issue and said "since this was over a year ago it doesn't matter anymore" yeah maybe it doesn't matter to you because it doesn't affect you in anyway but it's wrong. I told him I felt they had been very sneaky with me and I told him corporate told me if they gave me any problems in store to call and speak to them and he called and waited on the phone for cooperate I kid you not , not even 2 minutes and hung up and told me "they aren't gonna answer and I'm not waiving the $300 fee for you sorry" what kind of customer service is this ?!! Corporate literally had me drive 30 minutes to this store (as we no longer live in this area) to get this situation figured out and he is going against corporate and not helping me. I know you guys probably think oh everyone leaves bad reviews but like seriously people do not waste your time and ruin your day by going here ! Drive the extra mile and go elsewhere, it's not worth having your day ruined and getting BAD customer service.

My wife and I switched to T-Mobile from another carrier and had to go back in to set up the account online after some difficulties with our phone number for registration. Hoss, the store manager helped us while still managing/directing his staff at the same time. Talk about multitasking. He even called T-Mobile support himself to have the issue resolved. He was very patient, friendly and had us in and out and our account setup correctly in no time.

This place sure is happy and all smiles when you have money to spend! The turn dark and nasty when you ask for help with a problem. I had a stroke awhile back so I am not as quick as I used to be, Hoss and Sym teamed up to make me feel the worst I have ever felt in a retail setting! To bad I really had a good relationship with T Mobile prior to that. Only 12 day left until I can get my phone unlocked by them in the meantime sorry family and friends I can't take your calls.

This store is the worst example of customer service I have ever seen! Sym started telling me "go away we can't help you here" before I could finish telling them that customer service told me I had to return to the store inorder for them to do anything! Then Hoss tags along and start grilling me at the same time as Sym. I found this very disrespectful, (I had a stroke not to long ago so yes me face droops a little. my hearing and eyesight are not the best and I have trouble with recall ) but never ever have I felt so belittled and attacked. the just wanted me out of the store, when I refused to leave they dialed a number that put me on hold for almost 45 minutes!!! All the while of other reps got the company to answer on the 2-4 ring. When some one finally picked up she again told me I had to go to a store and proceeded to give me instructions on what the store emoplyee was supposed to do. Hearing this Hoss started to recant part of what he said to me, but remained kind of a bully and more than a little untruthful. It did not go better from there.Totally Disgusted Customer

I called 3 different tmobiles until I was helped by Fred. 20/10 customer service, answered all my questions and even redirected me to who I need to call. Give this man a raise.

I had an issue with my I phone and I watch, they weren't working properly. So I went to the T-mobile store on Decatur, James was great, he knew exactly what needed to be done, in just a matter of a few minutes, James had my problems resolved. Thank you, James. You were great!!!!!

I totally recommend this business especially a certain employee by the name of Sym every time! I need assistance that is my go to person who knows the stuff has help me in so many ways attempting to learn my I phone I so appreciate the patience, the knowledge, the courtesy and genuineness of Sym this is the person I look for all my T mobile needs. Sym you ROCK! when I think my phone is not doing what it supposed do at least when I believe it is not and I come and just a couple of words about what it is not doing and you correct that with a quickness you really know your product and that is what I call BUSINESS. Yes Sym taking care of business. Thank You Sym you always make my day when I do not know what to do with my phone. Blessings To You Sym

These people know nothing about the phones they sell. They don’t even know what E sims are and how they work. Had to switch to Verizon because of the lack of knowledge from the store.

I switched from AT&T a few months ago and had a really good experience at this location twice. The first time when setting up my plan and yesterday, when I got my kid the sync up watch. The person who helped me with the watch was very good and patient at explaining everything to me. Both times I went in, there was no upsell or pressure to get more than I wanted and I left completely satisfied both times!
