If you ask me ..... the store is full of incompetent employees! I pay tons of money for a new phone, get the wrong phone sent, and then they have the audacity to say "just put a case on it" well thats not the point. When you pay for something, you pay for what you want! I have no need to pay restocking fees when an incompetent employee failed to do their job correctly! By far the worst costumer service!! I was even told to contact the 611 for help, HELLO you are TMOBILE!! So, what you're saying is you don't want to do your job! Fire the manager too, Lack of knowledge!

I would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to Gerica and Danielle. My experience in the store was nothing but pleasant, positive and supportive. I was in the T-Mobile store for an upgrade and we all know it takes time and patience to work out a goooood deal. I am very happy with my mine!! Thank you ladies for your excellent customer service!!!! It made my T-Mobile experience a very pleasant one!!!

We visited the T-Mobile location at Washington & Buffalo here in Las Vegas. They were Very busy for a Sunday! However, Alvin the T-Mobile associate that assisted us was very cordial, professional, and very knowledgeable when we spoke with him about the deal we saw on TV and our communications needs. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ALVIN!!! We'll definitely recommend T-Mobile and this location.

When you go in please ask for all the details to what you’re signing up for I swear this T-Mobile hid so many things from me. I bought my iPhone cash earlier this year I told the guy I wanted no payments I also bought a screen protector because he said it was lifetime warranty and I could go in at any time to replace it the screen protector was $40! It cracked a week later but I didn’t go in, seeing it was still ok! Some time later I had to switch lines to merge with husband and when I called T-Mobile to cancel my line they said I still had $140 to pay cause the guy set it up as a trade so I was making $5 payments each month! I was so upset!I called the store today asked if I could get my screen protector replaced cause now I can barely see the screen the person I spoke to said that I don’t qualify if my phone doesn’t have insurance! I’m not mad that these are the rules cause I get it!! I’m mad no one was straight with me and explained things to me. All they cared was about making the sale and putting those ads ins they get for bonus. When I went in to complain the manager told me he couldn’t do anything cause that was all the manager before him. So disappointing T-Mobile stays screwing you!

I give four stars only because the guys that worked in the store were great! Alvin and Jordan were a joy. However, T Mobile service has been horrible. I purchased a new phone with my new service and cannot use voicemail. I have spent 4 days and a total of 5 hours on the phone with tech support to resolve this issue. Still not working. I am very disappointed in this service and will more than likely be taking a trip back in on my next day off to cancel everything!!!!

Danielle, store manager was so rude and disrespectful. Her tone and attitude was not customer service forward friendly. She needs soft skills and customer training as soon as possible.

Assistant Manager Chad was the rudest person I have ever met. We were trying to upgrade our iPhones to the 14+. We were promised a promo, by another T-Mobile employee in the store. . When we asked about the promo that was promised he said “We don’t know when promos start or end. This promo has now ended. There is nothing I can do for you”. I asked himIf a Manager could help us. He said no and that I could try customer service! He made us feel he could care less about our business. I then said the competition was offering trade in specials. He said, word for word, “It’s your prerogative to go to the competition”. So after 10 years with T-Mobile, we left the store on Washington in Las Vegas and went to AT&T. AT&T took our iPhone trade-in, upgraded us and offered $200 more for the trade in than the original promo from T-Mobile. Noteworthy, there were 2 other customers in the AT&T store that were moving their account. Shame on you T-Mobile for not recognizing loyal customers.

I've just had a terrible experience where I was told my contract wouldn't be honored. I was a sprint customer who unwillingly became a T-mobile customer. I was sold insurance, which is active and I pay for monthly currently and without any lapse or any late payment ever, and have for 23 months with no claims, will not be honored. Absolute scammers... tried to sent me to another store. Derrick the "store manager" is utterly useless.Update - customer support has said that Derrick was absolutely incorrect and they seemed very surprised that someone would say that. My screen will be replaced via insurance.... However I'm being sent to the Apple Store... wow...

Don't go here. Just read the other reviews, we've all had the same situation. Rude, and it's shocking this location is still around. Turn around and find another store nearby if you need a phone.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute worst customer service I have EVER received, not only from the employees but from the manager team too. Unwilling to be helpful and could careless about customer satisfaction. Go somewhere else! Don't waste a minute of your time at this store. I join T-mobile in '21 and have consistent major issues with inaccurate payment since the beginning.
