I really do wish I could give this location 10 stars! My experience was more than pleasant. Everyone there was so personable and friendly, but in additional, they were very knowledgeable. George was my specific expert, who took his time with me, explaining every intricate detail with patience and diligence. He made sure I got the best value for my dollar, And they all truly made me feel like I was a part of the TMobile family from the very start. I am going back again for more devices and have recommended to all of my family here that they go specifically to this location. And today’s day and time, I appreciate that there are such pleasant people in the world who are also competent at their jobs as well.

Are you looking for a T-Mobile store to call home??? Well you've found it!!!! This is hands down the best T-Mobile store!!!!? The staff are super friendly and willing to help you no matter how much time it takes. George was the salesman to assist me and he was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He took his time, he was very professional, explained everything in detail, gave me hella options, and even made sure I walked away with something!!!! Visit George at the T-Mobile store on Spring Mountain & Rainbow. You'll thank me later!!!!!!!

I have the Samsung ZFold 4. And I was told that the screen issue with previous "Folds" were corrected and that I would have NO ISSUES with the ZFold 4. Well now at 8 months of using this device, the screen has lifted in the bend of the device, doing EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD NOT DO! Not happy about this Samsung! $2000 device and I'm not of a mind to have a "Warranty Exchange" or an insurance swap. Since I'm a truck driver, my schedule is all over the place so just going to a TMobile has been a little tricky but finding myself in Vegas on the strange end of summer weekend and it's raining, flooding and windy so I have to shut down and wait out 5he weather issues......and low and behold there is a TMobile directly across the street from where I'm parked. GREAT!!!!! let's go see about this device. I walk in and I'm greeted by Shanirah. And Shanirah handled my situation exquisitely!She explain the issue about my device, advised my on my options and showed me a quik way of storing and retrieving my info on the soon to be replaced device.Shanirah set my order up and confirmed address and instructions concerning delivery of replacement. Thank Shanirah H. Mobile Expert at the TMobile on Raindow in Vegas!

I switched service to them in June and I have nothing but problems and they are sneaky in the words they use. I did not realize I was agreeing to a 2 year contract. Iv had my calls constantly dropped. No service issues and more. Really disappointed.

This store acts in an unethical manner in scamming the customer out of money. The BBB will be notified of the deceitful and deceptive tactics this store employs. Don't walk, RUN to any other carrier

went in for our screen protector replacements (that are free with our plan). took them 45 minutes to even get their system onto our account. then they argued that we didn't have the replaceable screen protectors and made ME find the receipts from 2021 to prove it. on top of that it took them about 15 tries to get the screen protector on correctly. whole time i am begging that i won't be picky and just want to get out of here. also needed to prove my identity by letting them scan my ID like 4 different times within that hour period. have never had this poor of an experience at a t-mobile- and t-mobile is definitely not know for their customer service.

If you have ever considered using T-Mobile for Internet avoid it like the plague. You will regret it from the get-go. It's very difficult to activate, they have no technical support on site. You get routed to the Philippines to get any support and they never call you back even though they promise. It is a total and complete farce and colossal waste of time let alone a rip off.

Tried T-Mobile because it was an economical option. You definitely get what you paid for. The lack of unprofessionalism, unaccountability, and disrespect shown to my Mother at the Rainbow (Arroyo)/215 location was the final straw. We received good service from 2 T-Mobile employees when trying to replace a defective phone. The replacement phone was ordered, arrived at the store, told to pick up the phone. The 2 employees, on being the manager, examined the defective phone before processing the order of the replacement. They told us to have the phone ordered to Their store location to assure a smooth process. Upon our arrival a New Manager verified the replacement was there. Scott glanced a my Mother's phone, didn't handle it like the 2 previous employees, then admittedly refused to replace the defective phone. A phone deemed replaceable by another Manager. Then lied in his report saying my Mother damaged the phone herself. My Mom is a stroke victim. The phone was defective & told so by T-mobile employees. The New Manager as said he couldn't do it, regardless that the order was processed. All he had to do was walk back, get the refurbished phone, transfer her info, then send us home Happy customers. Instead he chose to be a control freak & assert "His" authority, furthermore LIE!!! Unacceptable. As soon as the contract ends, we'll be leaving T-Mobile. I can deal with dropped calls, but not disrespecting & lying on my Mom!!!! RIDICULOUS & DISAPPOINTING!!!

About two weeks ago, I went in and upgraded my phone. Got a tablet got a extra charger, and a phone case and then today went to see what they would do about the silicone phone case coming apart the guy just stared at me with a blank look and said they don't do anything for the case covers so I asked to see a manager and he went back and came back out and said she recommends going to an Apple Store. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to come out and tell me her self would not recommend this place at all. Terrible terrible customer service.
