Very poor service. Checked in with one person ahead of me. They finished the service for the person ahead of me and took another client that checked in after me. There wasn't any products on the wall to look at or interact with to shop. Manager ( Jazzy) was less that polite when I asked for her business card.

I came to this store 10/3/23, I in initially came to change the screen protector with my insurance that I pay for, I sadly don’t remember the reps name (she wasn’t wearing a name tag), but she did tell me the manager was Victor. I came in to replace the screen protector and pretty much from the beginning I felt off because it seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She looked me up by the number and she kept trying to throw blockades on changing my protector. The store I purchased didn’t apply the accessories to my number when I pre-ordered my new phone, I purchased the accessories that same day, then, after she asked me If I still had the receipt, I told her yes I will try to ask for a picture from one of my employees at my business. eventually, we found the receipt and were able to locate the number. At this point I’ve already been there for about 25 minutes then she goes to pick up the Protector Then proceeds to tell me the SKU didn’t match and it was a iPhone 15 not the pro that I had. Sure I understand that but the phone is the same size screen and everything matched up regardless and I had proof of purchase. Now I’m almost 40min into being at this store and I ask her can we just replace it, she went to the back to ask the manager and then I was declined then they told me to go to the other store to resolve this issue were I had purchased this phone from. Sadly I’m very busy and don’t have time to keep wasting time going across town to fix a protecter. I kindly thanked her and left. I’ve been doing these replacements for almost 2 years now never had the issue even once anywhere else with any phone I purchase. I just went into another store walked in and they replaced it for me within 5 minutes and I went about my day. I also have a business account with 13 lines with tmobile and that experience alone almost made me want to go elsewhere.

I recently visited your store, and I was extremely disrespected by your manager Victor. he racially profiled me, told the T-Mobile representative that I said I had a gun. that’s always the first thing they say about Black people especially women. I work in the customer service field. I know how to speak to someone even when I’m irritated I will be taking my services elsewhere T-Mobile get your employees under control.

Overall not bad. We switched from Verizon. The lady helping us was super friendly, but not too knowledgeable. The one that was super knowledgeable was not too friendly. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

Came here today to fix unresolved issues that I had with customer care and the associate named Maureen helped me tremendously. She made sure everything was taken care of and helped me to get additional $5 discount by adding a debit card for payment. Thank you!!

While I will be staying with Tmobile despite this review, my decision to stay with Tmobile is in no way attributed to the actions of this store. I never had read the yelp reviews for the store until I came to post, and I would say that the less-than-3-star reviews are most accurate, as corroborated by my experience. My review provided here is "2 stars" in consideration of everyone at the story being kind / professional, while at the same time not resolving the issue or helping in any way. At least they were nice, which counts for something.In short, Hugo told me that I would be credited the "activation fee" because he "forgot" to tell me about it up front. Ten days later I spoke with Tmobile customer service and found out that he never actually requested the credit when I was there, since there is no record of it in their system. I called the store to follow up on the credit and they told me I had to go into the store; so I went into the store and they told me vaguely (after 30 minutes of waiting) that there was nothing they could do, even though the manager was "in the back." Alternatively, they said I could wait for Hugo to come back from "EPO" and try to resolve it with him, even though he is not a manager, and as if I knew his schedule. The manager Guillermo was very nice, but really just wasted my time.I really was going to leave Tmobile over this annoyance, but I called 611 and the guy I spoke with handled it like a boss in 5 minutes-time. I'm really happy with Tmobile's customer service (over the phone), but this store is useless for anything other than filling out a form that you could probably do yourself online. Find another store if you want to sign up.

I'm not sure what's worse, the phone service or the employees at this location... Horrible experience with both. Immature hype beast wannabes that act like community college dropouts who just work here so daddy doesn't kick them out of the house. I will definitely be moving my services elsewhere. I wish 0 stars were an option.

We purchased a phone today, and Kevin was very helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions and made sure we got everything we needed. We have a new store that we prefer to go to now! :)

We had a great experience at this location. Our mobile expert Kevin knock it out of the park!! He was courteous and very helpful with my daughter's new phone. He answered our questions without fail. We will always go to this store as long as Kevin is working there.
