Really shockingly the worst experience I had at any Marriott brand…
1-huge carpet stains lover the hallways and rooms I was on the 15th floor
2- I have the highest Marriott status and I asked for a late checkout, they agreed but they charged my credit card $57 after I left, they waited until 5:15 pm to check me out even though I left well before that.
3-Turn and burn hotel that doesn’t care about customers because they believe they will always have business
4-Homeless person walked in and sat in the elevator and the stuff said they are not security.. she smelled so bad it was horrible
5-Random pizza place had flyers all over the floor and was knocking on rooms to try to get business.. hotel staff Said they are not security (again)
6-breakfast was not great, room was not that clean
Really not a good or even acceptable hotel stay and I would never stay there again

I have to come back to this god forsaken place once a year due to attending CES convention. This is my 3rd year staying at this place. 1st year, I thought it was acceptable, 2nd year was meh, 3rd year, it was subpar -- staff rudeness, no one ever answering the phone on housekeeping or front desk.
Hotel this size, there should always be a person at a front desk but very often I see no one at any given moment when I walk in -- no wonder no one ever answers the phone. No one speaks English here. They can not understand you and you can not understand them!
Don't ask house keeping to come back later because they will NOT come back! Bath towels are tiny - almost a face towel size - they're very cheap and never leaves any more then 1 extra toilet paper.
Breakfast never changes. It's the same. Waffle maker went away, used to have little more stuff but it's all been taken away and is basic. All juices have been watered down fully and also the coffee.
This place has so much potential with just a little tweak here and there but front desk person, house keeping and rudeness of people working makes it no fun to stay.
It's far away from the strip so don't come to stay here if you are coming for fun.
One good thing about this hotel? Very close to the Convention center.

Very good experience and a really good gym. It felt a bit sparse. I wish there was higher protein Greek Yoghurt for breakfast.

My recent stay at the Marriott was disappointing due to several issues that greatly affected the experience.
1. Unwelcoming Front Desk Service:
The lady at the front desk was far from welcoming. She did not greet guests with a smile, which set a negative tone upon arrival. The only time she smiled was when speaking to someone in her native language (I couldn’t identify the language), making the experience feel selective and uninviting.
2. Poor Communication:
The water filter behind the desk was out of order, yet no signage or instructions were provided to direct guests to the filter by the restroom. This lack of basic courtesy caused unnecessary confusion.
3. Inconvenience with Basic Requests:
Requesting hot water outside of breakfast hours felt like an imposition. Simple gestures of hospitality were made to seem like a burden, which is disappointing for a brand like Marriott.
4. Negative Guest Interactions:
Her interactions with coworkers appeared strained, creating an awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere. Curious about this behavior, I discreetly asked other guests about their experiences, and the feedback was similarly negative.
Overall, this lack of professionalism and hospitality does not align with the standards I expect from a Marriott property. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.

Swimming pool and gym have rooftop views of Las Vegas. Building is newer so everything inside is nice and clean and spacious. Amenities are abundant and staff is super friendly. Overall, pleasant stay.
One critique:
the water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold in the shower, so it is hard to get the right temperature. There also seems to be a big delay in the temperature change too.
Also, given that the room rate was relatively low, don’t expect the continental breakfast to be amazing. Standard fair of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, milk, coffee, juice, fruit, and cereal. It’s nothing amazing; in fact, I prefer to eat out somewhere nicer and pay extra, but if you’re in a rush, just get there early because it’s always packed.
Walkability: 10-15 minutes away from convention center and tram

The hotel was fine and breakfast was basic but to be expected. The rooms were dated and a little weird the way they were designed. The place shows signs of wear. The bright spots are that it has no gambling or smoking and a short work to the convention center

Staff was friendly but the hotel room and common areas were not clean (trash near elevator for several days, garbage found in our hideaway couch). Despite advertising water machines one never worked and the second stopped working on day 2. No water for sale in the lobby store, nor were there any vending machines to be found. We had to ask twice for a blanket for the couch and never received the pillow for it that we requested. Front desk staff was indifferent to our concerns about lack of supplies and water and acted helpless to resolve issues.

The rudest front desk staff I have ever experienced. Do not stay here.

A couple of things off the bat. I don't recall while booking that it mentioned parking is NOT free. 25 bucks a day is kind of steep for the location. I wish it would warn me before booking, but it's like they depend on it sneaking up on people and being trapped, so being forced to fork over the money. It's not really the price, it's just the principle of it. I've had bad experiences with this kind of bait and switch while traveling to China, and it was very costly, so from that point on, I get a very bitter feeling when it happens. The second thing is I have been a platinum member for years, and I have a specific request to be close to the elevator. This time wasn't a big deal, but they literally put me in the furthest room from the elevator that they could. Which was an odd room. The toilet was in a closet with a miniature sink. Then another room had the shower and another sink. It was a very oddly shaped room because the bed and television were not really in the same area. On top of that, the television wasn't working, so I had to wait for maintenance to show up. The guy was cool, but the situation was just a hassle. Breakfast was ok but extremely basic. A real hassle is trying to get my security deposit back. It's now been 5 days, and it's still showing as pending on my account. Which tells me they haven't released it yet, not my bank. I've tried calling several times, but no one answers. I've left messages on other extensions, and still no one replies. I've lost count how many times I've stayed in Vegas over the years. This is my first time here. If they can't figure out my deposit and stop messing around, pretty sure it'll be my last time. Oh yeah, the pool on the roof is like something from a 3rd world country. In fact, I've seen better pools on rooftops in Cambodia. The fire pit was not on, and there was no explanation of how to use it. "Amenities" aren't really a thing. Good thing this was a one night stay because, I'm sure by the second night, I would start getting annoyed. I can't figure for the life of me why it's so difficult to wrap up a guests stay. It really leaves a bitter taste. I even mentioned it to the front desk while checking out and asked how long it takes.

This hotel was good. It's a little away from the strip or the airport but still good. We liked our room, and we paid extra to have a view of the Sphere, and it was well worth it to see the Sphere.
There is breakfast in the morning, which is pretty decent.

Clean. Quiet. Basic. Good view. The Sphere can be seen. No cigarette stench like other average hotels nearby. The elevator to the parking garage is separate from the elevator to rooms so that was a little inconvenient. Pool was out of service. Breakfast was almost identical for four days.

This was a great hotel for families and those wanting to stay off the "strip". Plus, if you go to the elevator area to floors above 15 you get a great view of the Sphere!!
Rooms: Lots of room options. Fit five (two adults three teens) just fine
Nearby activities: Not much
Safety: Ok
Walkability: Not to the strip
Food and drinks: When we went, breakfast was included

A hotel that you would like to use as a short-term tourist. The rooms were clean and were cleaned every 2 days. The breakfast consists of rolls, bagels, ham and egg as well as muesli, yoghurt and coffee and not to forget ICE tea and O juice, which is a bit poor.
