Spencer Springs is the best! They not only cover my fur baby Dude for his health they are the only ones I trust for his grooming needs. Lacey treats him with the upmost care and love. Dude is not very friendly, but Lacey has taken the time to earn his respect and continues to work with all his special needs.

Dr quoted price for x-rays as $169 ... I got charged $189 at the desk. Prices are very expensive for retired seniors!

After lavender received her shots, I got her home and within an hour she started vomiting. I contact Spencer Spring and they told me to take her to ER when we got to ER. They were waiting for my baby lavender. She was having an allergic reaction to the medication of her shots They were so awesome not only did they make sure my baby was OK but they made sure I was OK as well, I give them a five star staffing, Spencer Spring, as well as the ER for beyond helpful. I would recommend you take your fur babies there on any day.

Once I got my cat in to see my vet, we were able to discuss options and create a plan to ensure my cat's healing from a recurring UTI. It's really nice to have a vet who has the experience and information AND who takes the time to listen so a plan could be created. It makes all the difference!

I have been a client of Spencer Springs for approximately 15 years. My Maxi needed to have a broken tooth removed. I was given an estimate of the cost beforehand. The doctor kept me informed as to her pre-surgery test results, her procedure, and her recovery.

Saved my baby's life! Best care ever, best staff and doctors. Will not go anywhere else.
Update few yrs later. Took one of my dogs in with classic UTI symptoms. New doctor insisted on ultrasound and blood work in addition to urine tests because " it could be anything" . 240$ later it was a UTI. I'm very disappointed at being guilt tripped into unnecessary tests that could have come IF the urin test was negative. This cost me my grocery money. Then we were told just based on her observation that it was a " resistant " bacteria that requires a more expensive antibiotics. She couldn't prove it without sending off culture samples which would take 5 day ( ie not giving my baby treatment). So I either paid for the over priced antibiotics or she wouldn't treat my dog, is what I heard. 148$ later I've spend 425$ on a basic and common UTI. Do the doctors work on commission now?
They are still one of the best vets in the city but you need to be careful with what you pay for. Ask lots of questions about what is needed and possibly cheaper alternatives.
