ORDER CUSCO PITCH MOUNT FOR MY GR COROLLA AND WHEN I GOT CHECKED IT .IT WAS STEEL NOT BILLET ALUMINUM. CALL SPEED INDUSTRY AND SPOKE WITH ALEX SAID WOULD LOOK INTO IT . EMAILED WITH APOLOGY AND SAID THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CORRECT THE WEBSITE ON THAT ITEM. SEND ME A TICKET FOR RETURN AND 4 DAYS WENT BY EMAILED THEM SINCE THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE NOW. EMAILED ME BACK TELLING ME THEY STILL WAITING FOR CALL TAG .GOING ON A MONTH AND STILL NOTHING. LOOKS LIKE IM STUCK WITH A PART I DIDNT WANT. I ORDERED BILLET ALUMINUM NOT STEEL ADVERTISING IS FALSE AND THEY KNOW IT. THEY DIDN'T TAKE DOWN THE AD IS STILL ON THERE WEBSITE. DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I think it’s about time I reviewed Speed Industry. They have been one of my go-to places for several years for my GR Supra and GR Corolla. I had ordered countless items from them.. wheels, lip kits, exhausts, intakes, and more.They work directly with well known brands such as HKS, Apexi, Rays, Verus, and others. Because of this close relationship they are able to provide great prices and hard to find parts.But what I find best out of Speed Industry is their service. When communicating with Speed Industry they are not only quick to reply, but very knowledgeable about the car as well as the product. They are car enthusiasts themselves and usually have a good idea on what you have in mind when it comes to either performance or looks for your car. One particular individual that is great to work with is Alex. He’s straightforward, and gives his honest opinion and knowledge of products, which is a rarity nowadays. He is also always excited to see the end result afterwards.I also have to mention Speed Industry’s YouTube channel, it’s very helpful on scouting out parts and the feedback and how-to’s on them.Since I live close to them, their shipping is also fast, but they have warehouses in different locations of the US, which helps as well.I definitely recommend Speed Industry for your GR needs and I always appreciate their business and support.

Speed Industry, specifically Alex has helped me tremendously with my GRC build. Alex helped me order my TE’s, fortune auto coilovers, and the verus engineering pieces. Ordering is smooth, delivery was quick and easy. I always refer my buddies if they need a mod for their rides.

I’ve been dealing with speed industry for a few years doing an mk5 Supra build , a g82 m4, and now a GR Corolla build. I’m dealing with Alex who has been more than amazing. I ordered an intercooler on a Friday then Monday was a holiday but I still received it on Tuesday! I also ordered some parts that I thought would work for my build but I was wrong. Alex accepted the return with zero issues. I can’t say enough good things about him and speed industry. They’re the only speed shop I’ll use for all my projects. The prices are the best. The service is the best. They’ll actually tell you if something is not in stock unlike other companies I’ve dealt with. Definitely the best online shop to use!

Alex in customer service was absolutely awesome to work with, I had a lot of very dumb and tedious questions and he answered them all quickly and professionally and gave me advice that was immensely helpful. I'm 100% coming back for future mods for my supra

Wonderful customer service experience. Had a wrong item sent as well as a delay in shipping but proper communication and some extra effort by my customer service representative Alex, made this a 5 star visit. I was going to continue to shop here anyways because of the huge selection of items and great prices but now I’m even more confident that I will continue to use this site above others because it has a team that cares about the customer as well.

Bought an amplifier for my car. Paid an extra $35 for UPS Next Day Air, specially because I was going on a 7 hour road trip in 2 days.Company's website said the part was in stock. Found out later after emailing them, that they do not have the item in stock. They drop ship from the manufacturer. I have no idea how people run businesses like this. The part took 7 days to ship. When it arrived it was posted UPS Ground Saver (the absolute cheapest shipping option available)Contacted the company to get a refund of the $35 I paid for overnight shipping, and have received zero response.I will never buy from this company again.

I made a mistake on my order that I purchased that night. Called the following morning, got no answer, but thats bc I called too early, 2 hours diff. Later in the day I checked my email and saw ALEX, had reached out bc he saw my missed call...I was shocked. This guy, not only reached out back to me, he was super fast with his responses. He helped me out with some mistakes in my purchases, as well as hook me up with some suggestions. Saved me money from buying the wrong parts and saved me some heart ache. I have rarely come across this kind of customer service, but ALEX IS A1 SAUCE!!! I WILL BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER! Thank you ALEX and thank you Speed Industry!

First time online buyer.Ordered studs and lugs. Come to find Lugs were back ordered for like 6 mo so they upgraded me an in stock item. Wasnt expecting that. Ok in my book. Will be back.

Ordered a part which ended up being back ordered for several months. Fortunately their customer service was very responsive and knowledgeable and helped me with alternative options. The whole ordeal was made as painless as possible. Would definitely use them again

Couldn't have had a better experience working with Alex from Speed Industry. He made me a priority, communicated thoroughly to understand and give me the best options, and shipped immediately after I had paid the invoice. Alex was great to talk to and felt like a genuinely interested guy in what I was trying to accomplish. Speed Industry is first on my list for who I call when looking for more parts on my '23 Supra.

Placed an order back on March 15th for three items. Received two items within a few weeks but it has been over three months now and I still have not received the last item. When I spoke to Alex last week, amazing someone answered, he said the item was there but for some reason no one knew it was there so it never got shipped. He promised me the item would be there on Friday. Well needless to say, no item. Don't try calling the number now because they wont answer again. I will never order from this place again. Any business that won't answer emails or phone calls about orders to me is not a place I would trust to do business with.
