Wow! This shop became ghetto real quick! It's only been a handful of months since I've been in here, and the changes are terrible! PRICES INCREASED SIGNIFICANTLY! Beware...you can find better pricing elsewhere and bring your frames in to get filled..saves hundred! Also, apparently they've dealt with high amounts of theft recently so the put up a real cheap looking barrier at their entrance where you have to stand and wait until they are ready for you.

This optometry office is the Best we have been to. The Staff are all very knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to finding the right frame for your face. The Dr. is very detailed oriented and is able to get my complicated astigmatism prescription just right. That also includes adding in progressives so there is a seemless reading and distance prescription in the lenses. Do not hesitate using Spectacle for all your eye glass and contact lens orders. They also take insurance, so that helps a lot.

I have been coming to Spectacle for years, and Dr. Venessa's expertise has consistently impressed me. Her friendly demeanor and patience in helping me adjust my bifocal contacts make every visit a positive experience. Spectacle is truly my go-to for top-notch eye care. Highly recommended !

The office staff is great and Dr Kojima is the best. The process of getting new glasses and changes to lenses an easy process and are there are always there to help when and if you ever have a problem dealing with your eyes or eyewear. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Came here twice: once last year and once this year. I've had severely different experiences due to the different staff members I've worked with. Last year was fine and everything was smooth sail, but my oh my this year was an absolute shit show. I've ordered some trial contact lenses, replacement lenses for my old glasses, and new lenses for my new glasses. I was told it would take a week for everything to be completed which is no problem. The following week I was supposed to pick up the glasses, I get a call saying they messed up my order with my new lenses as they didn't order the digital lenses, they broke my old frames so they would replace it for free, they didn't update the replacement lenses for my old glasses, and that I would need to pay $50 extra in as I didn't originally pay for the digital lenses. This staff member tends to make excuses up on the fly and I needed to correct her train of thought as 1) the receipt showed that I did pay for the digital lenses with the new glasses 2) the $50 extra was to update the prescription with the replacement lenses 3) the trial lenses didn't even arrive when promised, she didn't even think to get tracking on it, and started making excuses up saying it would arrive today and get silent when I asked how she knew. I specifically told them how important it was to ensure I would get everything I needed that week as I'm moving out of state and they promised me which wasn't met; fine, shit happens. But I don't appreciate all the excuses and bullshit I'm constantly being fed as they're constantly fumbling the ball with the shitty attitude I get when I start to get upset with all the excuses I'm being dealt with. Just tell it to me straight, say you fucked up, tell me how you can make it right, and let's move on. Dr Vanessa Kojima, Tarsha and Ernest are amazing when I came back to pick up my glasses. Tarsha and Ernest worked together to get all of my issues resolved: corrected my new and old glasses, waived any extra fees that incurred, ordered an extra month of contact samples and Ernest said he would personally deliver the samples to me as the samples don't ship to personal addresses. I love working with Dr. Kim, Tarsha and Ernest and my one horrible experience with the one staff shouldn't take away from the rest of the amazing team. If you come here, you must ask to work with either Tarsha or Ernest, or your experience not might be optimal and cause anxiety, pain, stress, money and time.

I love Spectacle, the explanations provided are always clear and concise. Also, what I think sets Spectacle apart from other eyecare companies I've been to in the past is their seemingly genuine care for their patients. Five stars aren't enough to express my gratitude for this group, our family really loves everyone here.

Dr. Kim is an excellentOptometrist. I would highly recommend her as your doctor. My family and I have been going to Dr. Kim for about four years now, she is thorough and kind. I've been to many different optometrists and decided Dr. Kim was the best.Dr. Kim's staff is excellent especially, Tarsha who always helps me pick out my glasses, she's the sweetest!

My kids are seen by the eye doctor here. She’s amazing and patient. All the staff here are great. But the guy that’s assisting in the front goes above and beyond Everytime! Great atmosphere!!

Absolutely loved coming to spectacle. My daughter and I had our eye exam and frames made here. The staff was helpful and very kind. Loved everyone but I wanna say Tarsha is an amazing human to have welcoming you into the business. She is friendly and inviting, we just loved her energy. Okayyy. Purr.

Where do I begin we have been coming to Spectale for well over 7 plus years. Ernest and Tarsha are the absolute favorite and can’t forget the Doctor herself. They always know what we like and are honest with feedback. I highly recommend going for all your eye care experience and frames are always fashionably good.

Dr. Kim has been my eyes doctor for the past 8 years. They are absolutely amazing. Dr. Kim goes above and beyond for her patients. The office staff are fantastic, excellent customer service always. Dr. Kim is the BEST eyes doctor in Las Vegas.

Dr. Kim at Spectacle is the best optometrist I have been to since moving to Vegas. I have a complicated prescription and she is the only doctor who is able to correct it properly. She is very patient, friendly, and easy to talk to. There is never a wait to be seen. Customer service from all her team members is amazing. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live here. I'm lucky to find her. I am very picky with my Rx needing to be just right and Dr. Kim is very good at what she does!

I love the customer service here. They’re so sweet and it’s a drive for me but I still do it just because of the customer service. I just got off the phone with Tasha I believe her name is and she was amazing!
