Quick and cheap but they made my appointment but never put it in the system if I didn’t have my green confirmation paper they would have turned me away not to mention they charged me extra for letting my cat eat the night before even though they never told me he couldn’t and it didn’t say when I read the paper I’m on the fence about bringing my other cat here.

Visited clinic today 10/12/24 for the first time. Took in a stray kitty I’ve been feeding for vaccines and FIV test. I want to specifically give a thanks to the office staff. Everyone was kind and patient and took the time to explain answers to questions I had. Denise especially went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable in this process as it is my first time tending to a stray to give over to rescue. Before my appointment I called around to many locations for pricing and they were the best I’ve found. It was very organized process and pretty quick for a walk in service! Highly recommend!

Came a little before they opened. It was a good first time experience. Wish they had more locations . staff was nice and my dog was happy. Will be going back next year.

This place was awesome. There is a long wait to get an appointment but they do cost significantly less than anywhere else I had found. I called last week and was told January would be the soonest I could have my dog spayed. I called the humane society, which works with them (I didn't know they did), and they also told me January but found out there was a cancellation and I was able to get in this week which I'm thankful for. My dog was in heat so they charged an extra $50 on top of the spay price. I also bundled the microchip, cone, nails and made sure to get pain meds and a sedative for my dog. The morning when you get there starting around 730-745 expect people to be there and expect to wait a little bit of time for the check in process. It is pretty quick for most people as they have the paperwork already on a clipboard for each animal being seen that day. When you go in have your vaccine records ready to show when picking up the clipboard. My check in process was a little longer as I chose to keep my dog in the car because of being in heat and not wanting to cause a ruckus which caused me to have multiple trips to the car but that was ok. All in all it took me about an hour to drop her off in the morning and about 30 minutes to pick her up in the afternoon. The staff was super nice and helpful and you could tell thru enjoyed working with the animals.

Go early to get in line. The people there are so friendly. Can sometimes take hours if you go towards the end of the day. Although Charlie wasnot happy about his neutering... they couldn't have been kinder.

Besides the doctor being late and being first in line and consequently the whole procedure taking till 7am to 5pm that was just the worst part. Everything else was fine though. It didn't cost too much just 121 dollars and my cat has no issues afterwards. And we didn't even have a cone for my cat either. The nurses were really nice and very thorough with giving instructions by paper and telling you to your face.

The team at Spay & Neuter Center of Southern Nevada went far and beyond my expectations today when I brought our 6-month-old Aussie in to be spayed.
We were greeted at the door at 7:30 am by two wonderful ladies who somehow, knew us by name because they saw the breed of the dog when we entered.
Our surgery order had been neatly placed on the desk (with about 30 other surgical orders) when we arrived. Their organization was immediately obvious.
We were brought to a staging area where we waited until our nurse, Miss Kandyce entered and immediately observed that our puppy was anxious and extremely upset.
Nurse Kandyce sat on the floor and for the next four minutes, hugged, kissed, and petted our girl until they were best friends.
While playing with our Aussie, Nurse Kandyce asked all the qualifying questions of us as she prepared for the surgery ahead.
Nurse Kandyce skillfully slid her leash on our dog's neck while taking off the harness our puppy arrived in.
Our puppy happily walked from the room with her new best friend Nurse Kandyce without even looking back at us.
We were told that surgery would be done by noon or so, followed by three hours of recovery and that they would call with an update.
We were called when the surgery was complete and informed that it went well. We were advised that our puppy would be ready to go home at 4:15 pm.
We were also advised that our puppy has a treatable skin disorder in which we had thought was just a rash. This disorder requires a special antibiotic which they provided to us.
This office hit all their marks.
Upon arriving at 4:15 pm, Manager/Technician Tara met us in front and spent nearly 15 minutes with us explaining what to expect in the next couple of weeks.
She explained in detail the medicines, care, exercise, feeding and everything else vital to our puppy's successful recovery.
As Manager Tara spoke, Nurse Kandyce walked from the kennel with our 29-pound puppy in her arms and rocked her for the entire presentation by Manager Tara.
I cannot thank this amazing team enough for taking us through this episode by skillfully leading us through every step of the way.
Tonight, our family is healthy, safe and settled.
I hope that Spay and Neuter Center personnel see this review and believe me when I say that they made a difference.

They are amazing!! This is a place to go get your puppy's vaccines and your puppy spayed or neutered. They are not a full service veterinary clinic. There are doctors there but only for what I mentioned above. This is the reason that you can go get your puppy shots for $30-$40 and not $200. They don't charge a fee just to bring your dog/cat in. Just for the vaccines and the spay/neuter. I highly recommend this place to anyone who just needs vaccines and to get their puppy fixed. We all need to do this as there are too many strays and dogs/cats in shelters so let's al do our part to stop that. I couldn't recommend this place anymore!! I give it 10 stars out of 5!

Candice put the cone on my puppy for me when I went back in after Hero my gsd mix got neutered. I was clueless how to do it. Then when I got home I noticed the instructions were in my packet all along. I’m grateful for the staff. My pup is healing so well. My rescue dog contract required neutering by 6 months of age & he is actually healing quickly maybe because of his age. It’s day 3 & my dog isn’t feeling any noticeable discomfort. They sent me home with plenty of medication. They even called the next day to check on him. I will be bringing my Malinois pups in at some point to be neutered as well.
