Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Quick responses, very communicative and beyond helpful. The portal is very smooth and comprehensive. Maintenance requests were recieved and resolved quickly and on our available time schedle. I was a very happy tenant for the four years we were under them.

I am a LONG time client (16 years) of Southwest Real Estate.I will in California and Joe & Sandy's team help me manage my property in Las Vegas. Throughout my 16 years with them, I have literally NEVER had an issue the office was not able to resolve for me. Working with the office is absolutely effortless.--Rent deposits are 100% on time.--HOA issues are resolved with tenants within 24 hours--Email responses within 4 hours--Active communication with proposed ideas for resolution--property has never been vacant more than 30 days--property repairs are resolved within 3-5 daysThere is a reason I have been a client for 16 yrs and counting....

I have had many rental properties, so far this is the best property management company I have worked with. They are really helpful, responsible, and quick to respond both to queries and to dealing with any property issues. They have saved me a lot of money by working with honest tradespeople and always being transparent with what work needs to be done and how we can do it more efficiently. Even after my tenants left and I no longer had my rental on the market, SW Real Estate was still willing to help with some property issues I still had. I would highly recommend them for property management services and would definitely use them in the future if I have more rental properties.

We had a wonderful time having Stephanie from Southwest Real Estate as our property manager. Everything was set up via an online client portal and it was very easy to set up maintenance calls if needed. They were extremely quick to respond to any requests and we had no issues moving in/out of our rental!

Of Course no situation is perfect, BUT working with Southwest Reality has been EXCEPTIONAL. This was my first experience renting a home. While getting my place I dealt Stephanie Calculli- REALTOR®, Property Manager. From day one until the last day when I moved out was wonderful. Stephanie was always responsive and she was very quick to resolve any issues I had. During the horrible COVID-19 time she was actually being a good human being and helped me as much as possible which was greatly appreciated. If I ever move back to Las Vegas I would definitely reach out to her and would be happy to work with her again.

Over the past year, we’ve had a very positive experience with this management company. Employees were knowledgeable and very helpful. Promptly responded to calls and emails within 24 hours. We had a plumbing issue when we first moved in and during the summer our AC went out, in both instances the property management team responded right away. The issues were taken care of and they followed up to ensure everything worked properly. We have moved out of state but I highly recommend this company.
