These guys are awesome and the BEST. First time I had been at this shop so I was there because I bought myself an electric bike and I had a problem with one of my bike pedal brackets.. I talked to a guy named Chris and told him about my problem and he said bring it in when you get the part and we will take care of it asap...Couple of days later I put my bike in the back of my truck and I went to SWB went inside and met a young man, forgot his name...sorry bout that.... came out to check it out and stated he could take care of it right there, no need to get it down. Sure enough, came out with a tool , took the bad pedal bracket and replaced it with the new one I had....bam bam...fixed !! In no time at all, Service was outstanding !! No charge....courtesy fix !!! Wow! ...The least I can do is buy you lunch dude...it was an awesome experience with this company!I will be going to Southwest Bikes with all my service needs and repairs when needed...go check these guys out....very honest and kind people....Thx again SW Bikes !!

You'll do fine with a kids bike or something low end. But if you want something more high end in the road or mountain category there is a number of shops that will give you a better deal and better service than Southwest Bikes.

These people are very helpful and patient with new rider questions. They have good quality products. Some of their prices are a little high on accessories but Amazon does not offer the personalized customer service or answer your questions.

We had recently bought a bike on offer up and wanted to get it right for me so we found this shop and immediately loved it. Customer service was amazing from the moment we walked in. Every employee there was ready to help and so nice about every question we had. They fixed my seat for me and i upgraded seats and they even put a kick stand on for me all within 10 minutes. Very nice shop. Clean and has so many options. Definitely coming back

One of the best bike shops in Las Vegas ! Every time I came here they have been extremely helpful . From prepping my bike for a race to make sure I had all the equipment to removing stripped screws ! I highly recommend them for buying and servicing your bikes !

Tim is the man!!! I needed a electric mountain bike so I could ride further on the trails. After doing some research and talking with friends, I was referred to Tim and his service was amazing. He let me know when the bike was ready and made sure I fit and made the adjustments to dial it all in!!I highly recommend Southwest Bikes!!

Unhelpful, rude and dismissive. Walked in to look at mountain bikes, I was the only customer in the store. The lone employee barely noticed it was there until I finally asked about their selection of bikes that WEREN'T $3,000. The employee blew me off with a comment about how their bikes basically start at $2700 or so. I asked if they sold any pre-owned models and was told "no". That's it. Just one word. So... if you're not prepared to go in and drop a few thousand bucks, basically this place doesn't even care to speak to you.

Bought my daughter's brand new bike on offerup and one of the tires wouldn't stay inflated. They said the tire was missing a tube(?) and wasn't set up right. It was super busy with customers but they fixed the tire and the entire bike reset for only the tube replacement cost of $15. It was a quick fix so just fixed it right then and there instead of making us wait. Amazing service! We will be back for anything bike related. Thank you!

I visit Vegas often to visit my folks who live in Centennial Hills. Southwest bikes is a short drive from their house and I have rented mtb from these dudes for years. Simple online process to reserve a bike and they set-up pretty quickly with all the stuff you need (pedal, flat kit etc). Highly recommend.
