Buddy loves going to sos groomers. He comes out clean and de shedded. He’s 13 pound chihuahua mix. Bring your doggie, you’ll be very pleased!

I have take my standard poodle for grooming for the first time. I have sent many photos to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. When I picked him up he looked NOTHING like we discussed prior to my visit. He actually said to me that his hand slipped and he messed up the top of his head, but still charged me $100.00. At first I didn't even realize the extent of what he did. When I had a chance to really look at my pup, I was outraged. They say that picture is worth a 1000 words and pictures below are pretty much self explanatory. On top of that, they cut his butt so close that it is red and irritated. I am putting an antibiotic ointment on it now. When I contacted them, instead of apologizing or asking me how he could make it right, he started sparring with me and insulting me, telling me that I am a horrible person. Why am I a horrible person? Because he butchered my dog? I did ask to at least refund my money, but he refused. I will dispute the charge with my bank. On top of everything, my pup was so thirsty, he drank the entire bowl of water when we got home. How do you not give water to a dog that is there for several hours?????? DO NOT TRUST YOUR FURRY BABIES TO THESE PEOPLE! It is NOT a reputable business, they do not stand behind their work and they do not care about you or your pets! Please, read other one star reviews and you will definitely see a pattern there.

I never expected to pick up my daughters buddy and he would look so botched and cut completely wrong. I tried calling back and got no answer and the groomer was extremely proud of her work which was crazy to me. Rather than cause a scene in front of my daughter who already started crying when we got in the car after seeing him, I left and will be calling until I get a response. The grooming IS HORRIBLE, I want my money back and the reviews on here are a joke.

Service and setting up the appointment was great until I contacted them to let them know my German Shepherd was allergic to the soap they used. All I wanted to do was follow up with them to maybe rewatch with another soap or even just get more information regarding the shampoo used. The owner text me a picture of the soap bottle and stated they had never had a problem before. No responsibility taken nor even a call or text to check on her. I would have easily become a repeat customer if the owners would have shown some compassion and interest in care for my girl.

SOS Grooming is so awesome!!! My daughter's dog "Soup" had absolutely horrific groomer anxiety, and would have painful diarrhea for 24 hours after coming back from the groomer. I think for her, it was too much like being back at Animal Foundation with all of the noise and the cages and the barking.We found SOS, and it has been the biggest gift to our family. Both of my grand-dogs (Twig and Soup!) are groomed there.Their prices are extremely reasonable. I have never seen more than 2-3 dogs there (EXCELLENT SCHEDULE POLICY TO PREVENT OVERBOOKING!) at a time, which keeps it nice and quiet and low anxiety. It is a privately owned grooming salon, owned by the sweetest married couple, you will ever hope to meet.I literally cannot say enough beautiful things about this place, I encourage anyone to try it. We have been so happy with them.

Gentleman was very sweet. Brought in my pomeranian and she was a big fluff of hair. She was shaved down and looked so cute, she is definitely happier with this summer heat. We came in last minute and he graciously took us. Thank you so much for you help!

I’m a harsh critic of businesses that provide services. SOS, exceeds all my expectations. Their facility is clean, modern, and very affordable. They have been great with my Olde English Bulldogge (Minnie), she comes back happy and smelling great. I live about 45min away and find the drive to be well worth it. They are fast, thorough and extremely friendly. Unlike most groomers, they’re out here for their love towards dogs instead of just to make money and that speaks volumes of their character and how amazing they truly are. As long as we live in the Vegas area, we will continue to recommend and use SOS.

SOS Grooming team is the absolute best. We have four dogs, ranging from a low maintenance chihuahua to a high maintenance Samoyed, and they take care of them all!Samoyed owners can relax knowing that this team knows how to care for this breed’s fur. (They know to never shave or cut!) Doggies smell soooooooo good after leaving here.Very affordable pricing, great central location, and highly communicative while dogs are in their care. Can’t really ask for more.
