I have been in the ice cream business for several years now first time I had a problem with my machine I tried to find someone that could fix it or help me without costing me my whole weekly profit. So I started searching on the internet to find something and I ran across part-tex so I took a chance and called them I found a great company with good-hearted people that work there they helped me through my problem told me what part I needed sent it to me and then even talked to the electrician that I had to work on the machine and help him put it in. So after several years of being in the business I still call him when I need something and they help me out couldn't ask for a better company or greater people to work with

Just recently joined the ice cream business. Several times while I have been working on my personal machines I have called to ask for advice or buy parts. The employees have all been very knowledgeable and super helpful. Tonight I was elbows deep diagnosing a problem with one of my old machines. I called in to ask for advice and maybe what parts I would need to fix it. I didn't realize it was after hours for them as I am in CST. The owner answered the phone, had a great conversation with me, and helped me troubleshoot my issue. I have had great luck with this company and recommend them to the local shops if they ever need anything.

Really knowledgeable and typically helpful. I have had several issues in the last 15 years that I've ordered from them:-when I order a parts kit, I almost always am missing a piece or two that should be included. It's not every time, but it's closer to every time than not. Usually it's a single O-ring or something else that would be fully replaced and I have the part to sub-in, but it would be nice to start completely fresh on a parts kit when changing them out-about 3 years ago, we had an issue where our blades were flaking. They were helpful for getting it fixed, but it was worrisome how badly they flaked and how that could be harmful for my customers-when Taylor switched out of blades needing blade clips, we used up all of our blades in that style and buried out blade clips. Last year, we randomly were shipped a bad of blades that required blade clips and I called them to inquire about why this happened. (I order blades and parts when we have one full set remaining for all of our machines so that if there is ever a back-order on anything, we have some time to play with.) When I discovered the issue and contacted them, they told me those blades had been there. I'm the only person that has touched putting away orders from this company and also set out these parts for my staff since we've been opened. Literally, not a single new part has been set-up or part thrown away without it touching my hands--I know we didn't have any blades in there because I know when we have enough left for 1 change over. I would have appreciated them admitting the mistake and taking ownership of it because we had to eat the cost.

We had a great experience working with Soft Serve Parts and 100% recommend them. I had 7 Taylor machines to sell and Carl made the whole process so easy. I was debating between putting them on consignment, but Carl’s price was fair and he arranged for shipping. It was such a relief to work with someone professionally who followed through in every way!
