On top of this being my new go to vape shop because they were way cheaper than vape city for same product a young man who was extremely knowledgeable on the products and flavors, was so helpful, professional, and had phenomenal customer service with every customer he helps every interaction that I finally asked his name so shout out to De Carlo! You specifically along with the amazing prices keep me coming back. I only wish the rude employee with the motorcycle outside gave me a better experience because I dread seeing his bike and knowing I'm going to have a less comfortable interaction. He's actually consistently rude and unpleasant. Dr Carlo, your awesome and I thank and trust every recommendation as you have never steered me wrong or tried to up sell me a nasty more expensive product.. (Mr. Rude Motorcycle guy!) Shame on vape city for price gouging! Thank you smoke stack for not taking advantage of your customers during financially trying times. 5 stars all day long despite Rude motorcycle employee.

Shag is absolutely amazing, his knowledge and absolute efficiency is second to none. His sales assistant is also knowledgeable and well to provide advice. This is the shop to go to, I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone.

I walked in and was ignored, the guys at the counter were deep in conversation . I'm browsing the pipes while on my phone and the guy says "can't have you taking pictures" I'm like "?..okay sorry" and I put my phone away. They asked me if I was looking for anything specific and I said "a large, thick, durable pipe" they asked if I have a price range and I said I don't, the guy finally comes over to me, acting like I'm annoying them..he shows me a small pipe and bangs it on the glass: $35. I say the bowl is really small, I want something much larger. He shows me a slightly larger pipe, admittedly a larger bowl. I say again that I need something much larger, I'm clearly eyeing the massive gandalf style pipes. He laughs at me and says "well I don't know what you want man, I've shown you some options just tell me what you're looking for". I said "I already did; I don't have a price range, I want something thick, durable, a large pipe with a large bowl." He laughed at me and started to put up more of a fuss, so I walked out and told them they lost my service for being rude. I absolutely had budgeted for up to $70 on a nice large durable pipe, I drove across town for 20 minutes because of the good reviews of this place, and in under 3 minutes they lost my service.

I just recently came to this store to find a good piece and not only did I actually find a beautiful piece that I enjoy smoking out of daily but the employees were also extremely helpful on top of that they were also really knowledgeable about the stuff they sell which I appreciate a lot Im definitely coming back for not only for more glass pieces but also their disposables

Went in here for a couple vapes. I have a decent knowledge of what’s out there but the gentleman behind the counter helping me was very patient and informed me well on some new products. They have a great selection and great competitive prices. I will definitely be back.
