Shop is fine, but the employees have sold me a bowl they claim is drop and heat proof, which is not true. Bought 2 or the same bowl as I was informed the first break had to just be a fluke, but the second broke the exact same way.. if someone is working and has minimal knowledge, they cannot help you at all, as was the case tonight when I was told to bring the second broken bowl back. Come back in an hour, I have no way to help you, is the response I got for coming in as I was told.. nice as the bong room may be, if the customer service doesn't exist, you don't deserve anyone's money.

All the smoke shops around me that I usually go to were closed so I decided try Smoke King. I was glad I did because I had a wonderful experience. Chad was super helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable. This will definitely be my go to place from now on.
