Stupid owner ever ! I bought two packs of camel crush "regular " . He gave me one "regular" and one " menthol" Bad service ! Really not polite ! He got mad at me first and called me a a****** .

DON’T COME HERE. Won’t exchange even though we tried it in shop and the vape tasted burnt. Pretty sure the products are counterfeit just like the fake Gucci and LV belts they sell here. Sells wack product for a premium price.

I went to smoke chief twice and had two very different experiences with the same employee. I needed a specific piece for my rig, so I brought my piece in to make sure the item I bought would fit. The man working the sales counter (who was very kind the first time I was in the store) assured me what he sold me was going to work, though I didn't think it would. He's the pro- so I took his word for it. Spoiler alert- it didn't work. I brought the item I purchased back- in perfect condition with a receipt. There are clear signs around the store that said no refunds or exchanges. Totally get it. No problem. Since the sales person was confident in selling me the wrong item once already, I asked if I could exchange the item I was about to purchase- just in case it didn't work...again. Mind you, I never asked for a refund or an exchange for what I already bought- just that if I would be able to try what I was about to buy and be able to switch it out if necessary, since his 'expertise' wasn't expert the first time around. I was expecting a simple, 'yes' or 'no' which would have been fine. Instead, the man told me not to come back. I don't understand why he turned on me, but I will honor his request and spend my money elsewhere. Other smoke shops nearby include Smoke Shop Plus at 7320 S. Rainbow and On The Run Smoke shop at 7315 Warm Springs. I've had positive experiences at both of these other nearby shops! Hope this helps

Make sure you check ur disposable vapes if they allow online because I just spent $40 on two and went out side to try them and they didn’t taste right then I checked the website and it said counterfeit. And I still couldn’t get a refund after showing them the website.

Amazing smoke shop with great customer service. I have been going there for past few years and never ever i was disappointed. Everyone who works there is so professional and will go out of their way to cater your needs. I have met the owner couple of times as well and I can tell for sure that he takes good care of his business as well as his employees.

Love this place Friendly and fast service. They even have you open your vape pen in store to make sure it works properly. I'm new to the vape world. I rather vape than smoke cigarettes.

**beware** selling fake puff flows!! they know they are fake because i called them out on it. they dont do refunds or exchange so buyer beware!! dishonest place!!! i bought 4 of them and they are all fake!!!

I am highly disappointed with this shop. The older Indian gentleman has no integrity or values when it comes to honesty. I definitely would not go here again and encourage you to do the same.
