Shopping early AM. Employees at this location are fantastic. BUT not sure if Smith’s policy or management. But only one registered open and many self checkout. It was terrible waiting in line. Not only are products expensive now we have to wait in long line to check out. Shame on Smiths company or management.

My favorite Smith's in the entire Las Vegas Valley. They always have fresh bread. Store is always clean, and staff is very helpful, fresh fruits and veggies, prices are fair. My only grocery store!

Had to leave a full cart at self checkout. Some people from another hood were blocking the lane, with a cart after they paid, to wait for a clown across from them. Not getting race baited in Smiths today. If there isn't staff to keep civility at checkout, leave your cart. It's a hood store now, come correct, prepare for anything.

Tiffany in the bakery department is the BEST! Not only was our cake delicious, she’s super creative! We told her what we wanted and she put her creative touches on it and created a masterpiece! Thank you Tiffany! We truly appreciate you!!!!

Covert racist cashiers/staff. If you're a person of color prepare to be watched, followed, and covertly discriminated against while trying to do your basic shopping.
While shopping in the cosmetics section the cashier there hurriedly tried to get me to pay for my items before I was done shopping saying she'll "hold" the cosmetic items for me until I completed my shopping, she took the cosmetics out of my cart and said come back once I'm done with the rest of my shopping, I've been going to Smiths for 7+ years and not once ever had an associate approach me and do such a thing.
When I came back she was eating at the register and rushed to ring up my items and didn't even get all the items that were left there at the counter with her when she took them out of my cart. I didn't realize there were missing items and items not discounted until I checked the receipt long after I left.
Also I was charged full price for items that should've been discounted with my Smiths card, the prices somehow suddenly change from what's listed on the shelf once they're rung up. The cashiers name was Louise at the cosmetics section.
Double check your items, receipt, and make sure your Smiths card discounts are applied at this store before you leave since the staff apparently is so focused on a customers ethnic phenotype instead of focusing on doing their jobs properly.

It seems no matter when I shop here, the checkout is understaffed and the self-check out lines are long. I hate going through self-checkout. Staff seems hit or miss. Sometimes they are helpful and friendly, other times not so much.

I have been coming to this Smiths since 2017. I have to go here to get my Aunt her Kosher food. I literally love all of the people that work in the Kosher department besides the Manager that was very mean to me but apologized in 2017 and then 2 weeks ago or around that time. I ordered meat for my Aunt and I unfortunately could not pick it up due to our air conditioner breaking which I must say is a huge deal when it’s 115 degrees out and you have someone with breathing issues. Well from what I heard is that the Manager was not happy with me. My phone number used to be on the paper and even if I was running late I would get a call like hey are you coming to get your meat but someone took my number off and no call and apparently this Manager seems to be like the owner or something of this Kosher department but how but you find out why someone could not pick it up. What if something even worse happen. But noooo she is one that from what I’ve seen leads with fear and not kindness so now I literally will never ever ever!!! Put another standing order in again. I definitely think management may need some empathy training and customer service training!!! If it was not for the people who do the hard work I literally wouldn’t even come to this Kosher department anymore. Thank you to those who keep up good attitudes because I’m sure it’s not easy ?
