The team can exceed expectations with speedy checkout assistance. Prices are great, especially with a membership card, and the app is easy to use. However, Smith's prices can sometimes be a little too high compared to other options. A significant issue noted is with the ice freezers, where the non-existent seals result in bags of ice chips that become very melty. Customer service experiences can vary. Overall, it is considered a one-stop shop for savings.
I liked the deli and adore that they had nutrition books for people if they decided they wanted one also Dennis was absolutely wonderful and had wonderful customer service skills i don’t typically go to this Smith’s but I’d definitely go back!
