Don't bother coming here to pay your power bill if you don't have a physical copy, which most people don't even have any more. Waited in line just for them to tell me I can't pay by account number, and then a sign was brought out from behind something stating that. Would have been nice to see the sign before I waited in line. This is the ONLY Smith's I've ever been to with this policy. I'm so aggravated right now. I hope my power isn't shut off since I couldn't pay today.

Got in line at (ironically) customer service) to get a money order. They told me someone would be right there. I waited 5 minutes. I went to get ice (20 feet away) and when I came back they told me the customer service representative was on break. Really?

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with one of the management and employees here. We were using their western union services. Unfortunately the manager was absolutely clueless and she was asking the employee how to give us our funds. The employee was clueless too. Unfortunately, they were extremely rude and disrespectful to us when we try to explain. Thank you to the Tropicana Hualapai Wy Smiths. They were very knowledgeable and they took care of us within minutes! You should do better and train your employees or atleast listen to your customers when they are trying to explain.

I live closer to another Smiths but I drive the extra distance to this Smiths for the reception my dog Max receives. From managers to bagging assistants he has a store full of aunts and uncles that always look forward to seeing him. The slot-room attendant keeps a plastic bag full of dog treats with his name on it at her desk. It makes for a very welcome feeling shopping experience. The store is large with great product selections and their own white-label of discount priced products. Large produce and meat sections, anyone should be able to find everything they need in one shopping trip here.

I'm only posting because this has happened multiple times and has not been resolved. I feel noxious after coming here. This time around it was a very moldy cake and tons of flys in the bagel case. The two red balls under the bagels are fly traps. They know yet still sell the food! Also smelled like fish throughout the whole meat section.
