Thank you Steven for helping me today. You were already working hard and you stopped to not only explain how things work, but you showed me. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but you keep hope alive. I hope Smith's pays you well and recognizes what a good person they have in their store.
Roxanne at the check out went above and beyond as well. It's self check out, but she bagged my groceries for me. So kind. Thank you for making my visit so nice.

I have never been treated so rudely and talked to extremely disrespectfully as a was at the Smiths on Tropicana and Jones. I will begin with this. I know they are in a declining area and the theft must be very overwhelming whether or not I look like you standard shoplifter is not only stereotyping but discrimination whatever set this large tattooed man off I did not treat him like you would your standard street thug which is what his top to bottom tattooed head and arms would lead one to believe telling me I had to leave my back pack at the front I obliged reluctantly as I carry a lot of important items with me either way I did not wanted trouble within 5 min he was already on me I had gotten a soda and opened it to have a sip I’ve never had this problem ever anywhere he started berating me and yelling about how I’m stealing I can’t even write about the amount of time he yelled at me in front of other customers this went on after I was checking out as well all of the comotion caused me to forget to scan an on sale 99 cent loaf of bread which he and now another smiths heckler a large female had come out of the shadows to begin her they must require the fear they seems very aware of the confusion of mine and saw me as an injured antelope as I don’t shoplift ever so being acted upon like this was so embarrassing I never got there names because it doesn’t matter anyway because if those caliber of folks are being hired the focus is not on customer service but Gang land food Bullying
Not one to ramble I say booooooo to those two managers and double boooooo to the shoplifters that makes people with short temperaments act like children and steer clear of smith on Tropicana and jones unless you want to have a bad day

Today I had the worst experience at smith.. as I was ringing things in it stopped me and didn’t let me continue. My husband asks for help and the lady (her name is Shasta or something) walks over as she’s trying to figure out what’s going on she gets frustrated and calls my husband a Moran. I ask someone else to come over and help because she’s being disrespectful. As he walks over she’s trying to say she’s helping us but all she’s doing is calling us names, but I tell him what happened and he dismisses her because of her actions. He helps us quickly all I did was lift the item off too early but it let me continue scanning other items and then I need to go back and weigh it. He then let’s us know that his manager is there and I talk with her (I’m hoping it was managment and not just an employee) she was nice and said she would talk to her bosses so I’m hoping something is done about this. My father in law goes in there everyday and I would never want him to experience that type of service. I don’t want anyone to experience that type of services over something so simple. Very unprofessional and Smiths should be embarrassed to have someone like her working there.

Failed to have items I was looking for when it said that they were available. I had to play with the website until it finally allowed me to see item was not in stock at this location.

I have been a regular here since I moved to the neighborhood seven years ago. I know many employees by now. I want to shout out Elena, who is always so unbelievably helpful and kind. Even when I don't need anything, I see her interacting so positively with other customers. She always takes a moment for you, and I noticed that she is so great with people who are elderly or just need assistance. I appreciate when I cannot find an item, the employees who do online shopping help me out. The produce guys, the cheerful man in the medicine area, and some of the new cashiers (Shameka), are all friendly. I like that I do not have to track down employees, whoever is nearby will help.

Worst store ever. It stinks like fish when u walk in, and if u can smell it its not fresh, the self check girls suck, don't have customer service skills, they're rude, and don't help. Plus u get harassed for money.
