The cashier at the checkout ‘ Jeannette’ was very impolite and unprofessional. She talked down to the customers. Chewing candy while on the job and in front of the customers. I’m not going back.

Horrible customer service. They like hanging up on people and laugh in the phone when you call them back. Old lady in bakery is rude and should be trained on how to provide good customer service. Last time I give them any of my business.

I had a really bad service experience at the check out. The cashier was probably in a bad mood. She never smiles and never greets people entering the isle where you have to get and pay right away ( vitamins, baby food, cosmetics etc) I will never get any service from her definitely. I work in the service industry but I always accommodate people needs and greet them with a smile.

I’m blind, so they let me call to say my info, and what meds need filled knowing I can’t read prescription numbers. The staff is really nice. Blind or sighted, this is a great place. I can get my vaccines, meds, and groceries. The vaccines don’t even hurt!

We ordered a birthday cake for my wife’s birthday party. Upon getting to the bakery, there was…..no staff. I yelled for help 3 times. The deli was next door so I inquired. I heard an announcement on the intercom that “someone needed help at the bakery”. No less than 5 other store workers walked past me; none inquiring if I was being helped. Finally, a person appearing to be management showed up. She said the bakery staff called in sick. I’ve never heard of this. I mumbled “How is that my problem?” She replied “I never said it was, sir”.
Needless to say, we won’t be ordering a cake from this store again. More than 30 minutes to retrieve a cake. They need to cross train staff.

Trash and getto location. They expect you to do their job and the registers voice dictates how to bag your stuff. Which you can't even shut it off!! THATS DONE ON PURPOSE !! Other Smith you can easily shut off the voice prompts. Walmart doesn't have such BS voice prompts hapmering down on the customers every dam minute!!!
Service is trash at that location and management needs to go find a new job. If I worked there with the worst management like they're have , I'd quite real quick. In fact this place should shut down like a 99¢ store.

I hate going here. It's so ghetto I rather drive the extra 2 miles to go to the nicer one on the other side of henderson. Produce is always nasty, gates and gates near every other produce line because people stealing cosmetics. Rude cashiers and checkout people thinking I'm going to steal when I'm clearly buying one item with my son by my side. Yall need better attitudes here no doubt will never be like the other smiths I've attended over the years.

We like shopping here when needed but curbside pickup does not allow customers to check in “early” even after the order being ready for pickup prompt has been sent. This causes multiple other vehicles to be given their groceries even if you arrived before all of them.
Understandable that it is likely a system setup issue but this should be fixed. First come first serve especially if the order has officially been declared “ready for pickup”.

This store has an amazing friendly and professional team! I came in looking for a specific product and Marco went above and beyond helping me look for it he looked in back and check his system as well and helped me find it. On top of Marco's help I encountered Anna and Christopher and they were super friendly and professional as well guys I appreciate all your help and making my experience a great one I look forward to my next visit !

Purchased a bag of the Kroger Salmon, that is defiantly not salmon. It taste nothing like salmon and it changes color after cooking it.

I love this location and have been coming for years. There is a gentleman that works most nights at self checkout, whose positive energy is like a beacon of light at the end of a long shift. The store is always clean, I can always find what I need. No issues with the store itself actually.
My only reason for the 3 star is the rude older woman that now works in the deli. Please either train her or hire someone that actually wants to have a job. I have been in customer service for almost 20 years and I’ve seen a lot of crazy stuff but this lady is just the worst. Like how can you be so bad at cutting meat and cheese? Not only is she bad but she’s so RUDE I had to write a review. Like she will actively stand there and mumble to herself, complaining about doing her job, when you ask her to cut something to any level other than the monstrous thick level she puts everything at. I ask her to cut something for me and not only does she barely show me the slice that she cuts, but she will aggressively, and yes I said aggressively, throw out the slice she cut when you say it’s too thick while mumbling to herself. She slices everything waaaay too thick and with how expensive meat and cheese is (dam near $10 a pound) she knows she’s putting a pound in like 12 slices. Or only that but she puts like 6 slices on top of each other with barely any paper separating it.
Now I never really complain about stuff, but the other 2 ladies that work there NEVER have this problem or complain. They’re always friendly, fast, and cut stuff for you the way you want, the way the machine is capable of doing. I legit feel like some crazy boomer Karen for even sitting here typing out a review about the effing deli lady, but after the 4th encounter with her, I’m that pissed.
Also please stop having her cut the cheese and meats that go on the side to grab and go. She is butchering it. Posting a picture to show how thick and sloppy of a job she does. Like this is so unnecessary but I know I’m not the only one shopping here that is dealing with that woman.
Other than that 5 stars to the store and rest odds the staff
