Its a grocery stores. It has groceries. The pharmacy has pharmaceuticals. And there's this one guy at the prepared foods section that speaks like 4 different languages.

Waiting to be help on the customer service booth to buy a money order usually they have to people working I walk in and is closed because the person is on break the person infront of me ask how long it was going to be and the answer was the they don't know
I was just there a few minutes ago trying to use the restroom and it was close for cleaning it doesn't take along time to clean a restroom
I have come to shop to this Smith all the time and before they have better customers service now is really terrible and bad customers service

This is my neighborhood grocery store and we make trips at least once a week. All of the staff knows my family and are amazing. Even though there is usually only one checkout lane open at any given time, the self checkouts are pretty fast flowing. The self checkout clerks are awesome at handling machine issues with speed and efficiency.

No consideration for children will NEVER shop at this SMITH’S, the night manager shame on you !!! Asked to use the restroom for my 5yr old, store still open for another hour an employee did consider until a woman with red glasses (assuming she’s manager) super rude walked past us not even looking at us said “no closed for maintenance” not even a sorry. Worst customer service.

Will never shop at Smith’s again. Went to use the bathroom, but they were closed for maintenance. They close the multiple hours before they close. I will shop elsewhere

The employee Trushell was extremely rude. IT had an attitude when we were checking out and said some things that were just straight up disrespectful and unnecessary. Made a racist comment towards my father and I truly think that she acted very unprofessional.

Britney was amazing and so sweet and funny and assisted me with an issue that wasn't even part of Smith's within minutes of closing before midnight!!!! I appreciated her patience and integrity willing to help out every single person in the store!!!! Major props to her and her entire staff/team!!!! That experience made a huge difference in my night and goes a long way in my heart!!! I'm a such a fan of Smith's, and their team members' friendliness and connections keeps me coming back again and again!!! Thank you Britney?☺️
