Went there to get Vanilla coke and Breyers ice cream bars and they didn't have either I went to Albertson's and they had the Vanilla coke.

I'm shocked at the 5 star reviews. I shop there due to location. I don't like being treated like a criminal at self check out. This also malfunctions constantly so no time saved with this. I wouldn't consider it a go to store. I usually don't find the sale items on the shelf. I have gotten bread from here and it had mold within 3 days. Their prices are as high as everywhere else. Not a standout store whatsoever.

Alot of the current staff need a refresher on good customer service. I've been shopping here for over 7 years yet the last 6 months my pickup shopping has had missing items that I have been charged for and also 2x received someone else's groceries! Which wasn't discovered until after I got home. Which entailed a trip back to store. 7/8/24 I went to get my order and I discovered missing items. When I tried to call back to customer service I was letting it ring 25min at each time from 2pm to 4pm. No answer. I know there are more than 1 person at the desk for CS. Very irritated with them. Again 8/11/24. Attempted to do pickup shopping and had my card declined due to "technical issues" I tried calling and again waited for 1 hour on 8/9, 8/10, and 8/11. No one answers their phones and the automated response was no help. Don't go there anymore!
