Smith's is becoming more and more like most grocery stores. I go there every week or do delivery and when I get home I noticed I've been over charge or charged twice. The cashier doesn't pay attention their just trying to hurry up. Last week I was charged to for 2 waters. I can't sit there and load my groceries to the belt and watch them too.i think I'll be finding another store. The coupons they have now are not worth my time anymore.

Very helpful staff, good deals if you join up to the savings club.
Plenty of handicapped parking.
Deli opens appropriately at 11 AM.
I like the rotisserie chicken.
Good selection of baked cakes,
Wednesday mailing in your mailbox has the weekly deals.

The staff there is excellent I even go to the pharmacy there they are excellent too I do everything I ask and they're always pleasant

I recommend people not to go to that store, because the manager or supervisor whatever she is, isnt good with customer service, my mother has came a bunch of times and always had have the same issues with this person. We understand that you have alot of going on and we arent the only ones you need to help, but that is your job to help out the customers with whatever they need, if you dont like working with customer service thats not our problem. I hope this review helps anyone with the same problem.

Seems every brand I really like is unavailable or limited on choices. Sometimes the staff is in a good mood sometimes not. Can never be sure. It's clean though and close to home.

I think they have an excellent meat selection and the best prices on this side of town that I have witnessed so far. Easy self check outs and friendly staff.

I used to buy all food and household items from this store. But the quality of service is getting worse and worse every time I visit.
Particular issues are with pampers club coupons that I have every 2-3 months. They never know how to redeem it. On top of that today the cashier refused to call manager saying that she is the manager. While every previous time those coupons have been redeemed by managers. If you are the manager then you need to know how to do such simple things. She was also very rude. She said that she needs to help other customers but not me. Is that because I talk with an accent? Or she just doesn’t like people who use coupons? Since she rushed me I just canceled those pampers. Extremely unsatisfying experience today!
Teach your staff better! Especially managers!

So I went yesterday around 230pm.
Blonde Cashier on the last register for was super rude and slow. No bags and no bagger. Manager was right next to us and who can only assume was a bagger just looking at her cell. We had to help bag or we would still be there.
Look people if you don't like working with customers please find a job were you're in the back processing something. SMH

This store never opens on time this store always out stock on sale items they always mopping when store first open so cant walk down certain ally and the people that work there are rude when ask 4 help not everyone but there rude over here they deal with by the demographic of the area every one don't steal do better Smith yall horrible here and I got videos about the time on several different days the security or Caucasian women open late always

I seriously don't know where to start…. Came to this location as I was looking for a body wash my kids were looking for an air freshener and the cashier kenya was yelling at my kids as she stood by the register to not be playing around. I was a few feet away , my kids were not making a mess and they were choosing one. I went to the cashier and asked her what the problem was, her response was they were playing around. I assured her they were just looking for an air freshener for the car and she said well all 4 of them have to look for one? I was upset, i asked her if she could call a manager. She said no you can look for her yourself she is in black. I went around and noticed a lady wearing black walking away from me as i was calling her , she rolled her eyes before i could even explain anything, after explaining the situation she just said so what the problem? … things got worse and escalated for no reason. Too long to explain here… but this smiths is a circus… you have managers rolling their eyes and cussing at the costumers and telling security to kick us out for complaining… she told me to talk to steve the other manager. He didn’t even look at me, he just waved his arm to shush me away and gave me a phone number… worst costumer service ever…. Employees run the store with their slurr words and shenanigans. Reaching out to corporate tomorrow, I doubt they know this store employees behave this way. Dee dee and kenya gave me and my 4 kids a mouthfull of goodbyes and waves as we left the store and they stood just laughing. Even the security was upset with me after witnessing everything ….
