Well walked store very busy and first I was thinking about rotisserie chicken but there was none but then I observed a manger in service deli yelling employee to be faster because he wasn't meeting the speed he wanted ....witch normal for smiths mangers to belittle there employees and then I said I'll look around for something else I noticed the store is empty not faced at all witch is policy the frozen is blasted then I noticed your other mangers playing high school talking not helping anyone ....again just like lazy mangers at smiths your store is just as trashy and garbage as it was 15 years ago y'all who work there should think about new job especially the mangers ...shout out to bagger Melissa being here for ever ....glad she made it

I love this smiths, they’re usually in stock with everything I always need. Loooove the savings when I put in my phone number. The ONLY thing I hate is the amount of soliciting going on right outside of the store at the door.

I went to Smith yesterday....I bought a package of tortillas and 1 liter of 7up, 1 liter of root beer and 1 liter of sprite...I thought I was getting 3 for 5 bucks... the liter of sprite was not part of that deal. Joshua who was working the self checkout help me get the right product to get the 3 for 5 dollars. Joshua went out of his was to get the extra 7up to replace the sprite. I want to thank Joshua again for his customer service. Happy customer

Overall a nice store to shop at. Employees are friendly. The only thing is the items have been moved to different areas and the aisles are blocked by pallets of items that should be on the shelves. This is at 10am. Sometimes the shelves are empty.

I visited this store today and I had not been there for a while, coming back was definitely a different experience than what I’ve had before. The staff working there right this moment is great. I got very good service from every staff member that I approached for help.
The staff from the seafood and deli department were awesome!
The staff in the produce department as well very kind and generous.
The cashiers as well! one even handed a sticker to my son. Which made him smile, I simply loved the experience and I hope this review motivates the staff to keep on shining!
