Smith's pharmacy has been pharmacy for years, and has always gotten my RX's to me on time. If there was a delay they were always able to tell me the reason why. They are open on Sundays which I love.

I really like Smiths, BUT, what I saw today from an employee to a young man outside of the store today was just not right. There was a young kid, looks like maybe high school, selling candy bars and this employee (black man) coming from the parking lot area just told the kid to get out of the parking lot before he calls the police on him to which the kid said that he asked for permission from someone inside the store. I'd understand if the kid was being problematic or bothersome but he was just standing holding his candy box and trying to raise money for his sport. To threaten a minor with calling the police, when he wasn't stealing or doing anything wrong is pretty disgusting behavior from some Smiths employee.

I needed to exchange 2 items that were damaged when I bought them with the receipt. The customer service clerk was on a break so I did my shopping and then went to the customer service area. There was a customer and after 5 minutes of hearing a discussion on auto repair, I let the clerk "Toni" know that I needed to exchange the items. She looked at the receipt and told me I needed to go to the store that I bought them from. I should have asked for a manager but at that point, I just needed to get away from her. I made the exchange at the store I bought them from and spoke to 2 store clerks about what happened and they couldn't believe it. Once I got home, I called the store and spoke to the manager. I got an apology but customers beware that this is not the first time "Toni" treated customers badly

There's been many times where I go into this location and I find just what I need. UNLESS - of course you go to the service deli thinking you'll get some great Deli meats for you lunch or dinner. Unfortunately here at the Smith's I would double check all you Deli meats in case they smell or taste BAD. I purchased a this Chicken today - and it smells like it's been sitting in HEAT and it's such a strong pungent smell. - KEEP AN EYE OUT, check your foods - We come to our neighborhood stores hoping we'll find the things we need at an low price but still ensuring 100% in quality products.

I had an unpleasant experience with cashier named Luisa. Im an instacrt delivery driver. I was having trouble with my order. I explained what was my problem. She made the situation worse. I was humiliated. It should have been handled differently. I'm sorry for the other drivers that have to go through similar situations. We need to be treated equally with respect. Our job is important

Just ran in quickly to the Las Vegas Smiths at rainbow and Cheyenne, the store was so clean Really well stopped in the people were superfriendly!

I have been going to this Smith Pharmacy for about 8 years an have no complaints. They always have my medicine in stock and filled on the refill date. One time I was going on vacation and needed my meds a day early and the pharmacy manager went ahead a filled it for me. Sadly that pharmacy manager isn’t there anymore, but the new manager is nice as well. I know several people that have a problem every month getting their refills because the pharmacy ran out of their medication, then have to wait several days for the medicine to arrive to get their refill. I’ve never had that problem. On the rare occasion they have ran out of one of my meds, it was ordered immediately and arrived the next day!! Overall they are a great pharmacy that treats their patients with care!!

New to the area and decided to try out this pharmacy. Huge mistake. My daugther and I had prescriptions sent by two different doctors on the same day a few hours apart. My husband went to pick them both up that evening. Despite the fact that their pharmacy stays open until 8pm - at 7ish both prescriptions were not filled. One was sent over at before 2pm and the other before 5pm. When I asked why neither had been filled, they claimed not to have received one from one office and the other was received too late. They recommended calling the doctors office again to resend and said the other one would be filled next morning.Next morning I call to double check and was told they didn't have either. When I explained what happened the night before, they were able to find mine and barely informed me that only half my prescription could be filled (and supplied pricing when they told my husband the night before that they couldn't do that). Yet my daughter's still couldn't be found. I dialed the doctors office again and they resent and offered to call. I followed up with the pharmacy and not only did they remember my call but also confirmed receipt of prescription and gave me a pick up time.I show up and both prescriptions cannot be found again! They managed to find mine and claimed to not have received one for my kiddo. She is now a whole day overdue on antibiotics. And to boot, as I'm on the phone with her doctor's office, they rang up others and closed up for lunch without giving me my medication! I get it. Everyone needs to take a lunch but why not rung me up when there was still time to?Needless to say I went home without meds and had them transferred immediately to CVS. They confirmed within minutes having it and filling it. So I know the problem isn't with sending prescriptions. Furious and will NEVER have anything filled here again.

A bunch of incompetent, lazy, good for nothing asshats at this location who get paid to stand around and do nothing. It shouldn't take 2 weeks to fill a simple order. Nobody got the ball rolling until I repeatedly called, then I got excuse after excuse and delay after delay. FIRE THEM ALL!

Excellent staff, responsive, helpful and Frances, Ty, and each of the Pharmacists are Great although I have one Pharmacist which I feel is very Professional and takes her job very seriously. I never have had any real problems with them. This is one reason I have stayed with them for more than 10 years.

I just moved here from a different state and they turned me away because they weren't taking new patients!! Even with a valid prescription that my new primary care provider gave me.
