This review is only for this location. The other stores have great managers and customer service. Many of the employees complain about the poor management at this in example. Jan who is especially condenscending. I dont have first hand experience althoughI noticed when I shopped there on a Saturday all the management standing around talking instead of helping the staff like at other locations.quite a few employees said they would like a change of management. My father was a union president so its in my blood to stick up for oppressed employees. don't even want to shop there anymore. Please don't shop there until a change of management. Sincerely Patricia

The worst run store in vegas. Bathrooms are locked pharmacy personnel couldn't or wouldn't unlock. One checkout line open. 5 to 6 people deep trying to pay and have groceries sacked. No one seems to care or be in charge. Seem better monkey shit fights at the zooNo more Smiths

Smiths used to be my favorite grocery store. In the last three years it has really went down hill. They don't have good discounts anymore and there is hardly anything you need in stock. This is every single week. If you order for pickup and they are out of stock on stuff you already paid for, most the time you don't get refunded. You have to go through customer service which is a pain just to get your money back. Just my last order, Out off 65 items I ordered 10 were out of stock so I either had to get substitutes or I ended up not ordering because they just didn't have it. I'm over Smiths.

Came here on Wednesday, June, 14th, 2023, around 3pm with my wife and kids. While here I will say this, I was legit approached by a homeless guy begging for money while I was shopping. Yet for 10 minutes this guy was in my area walking around placing items in his black duffel bag. During this time I told one of the cashiers what was going on and two cashiers approached to see what was going on. I told them I normally do not care if a homeless guy approaches me, but inside the store while watching him steal and I am with my wife and kids. So they both told me they are not allowed per store policy to approach any homeless person due to store reasons. Well those reasons were if the homeless person purchases something and we kick them out we could be sued LOL. Yeah multibillion dollar Corporation being sued by a homeless person harassing people in the store and begging for money while stealing. So both cashiers told me they were my witness to what came next was with the Store Manager named Jennifer. Jennifer told me that Security is on it while laughing thinking this is some sort of joke. So yep I told her, her store store policies are trash as this person was in the store for over 10 minutes and then bothering me and my family for money. I told her yeah the priorities are really aligned with PRIDE and shoving it into everyone's faces and kids faces than actually kicking out homeless people who legit walk in asking for money while stealing. 3 Employees gave me there names and numbers as they are witnesses to what took place. Jennifer told me what does Pride have to with kicking out a person. I told her everything, you prioritize pride instead of allowing employees to remove a homeless person. They placed out cupcakes, deserts in for pride instead of removing homeless people legit on camera bothering people while shopping. So Jennifer laughed and walked away. Now here comes discrimination at it's finest, she accuses me of being biased and then has her baggers walk right past the cashier asking for a clerk to bag groceries! I told her I have not one thing again the LGTBQ as I have family and friends who are, but when you push it upon kids even in the form of a cupcake, like really and you allow homelessness in your store isn't right. So as I was done bagging, 3 more homeless people walked right pass her and they were 110% homeless! They were outside begging for money and then came inside. Jennifer laughed and said whatever I can't do anything, and that's when we exchanged words! She blatantly did not care about any homeless people being inside, not one, so called Security approached the homeless guy begging for cash inside the store, they didn't stop the 3 homeless people walking in the store with large bags, and her telling her staff not to help bag groceries over bs pride! If your willing to push pride month upon kids inside your store you should be willing to push out homeless people harassing your customers outside and in. What's even more hilarious is how not 1, 2, 3, or 4, but 5 employees who all witnessed this agreed with me! It isn't even about being right, it was the fact allowing someone to be mistreated in your store and you could give two shits! The Store Manager Jennifer is worthless, disrespectful, and got what she deserved when she thought mouthing off to me and saying foul comments was going to get her no response back from me. My wife, kids, and 5 employees who all witnesses this, all told me she is a worthless pos! She apparently does this often!

literally love this place I'm still mad at my dad for not letting me sit in the cart for the little ones though lol only part of the story that bugs me is the mascot I have no clue why, but i 1000% recommend

Love this place, lots of great selections and pricing is way less than competitors. It's clean and organized. Anyone complaining about staff should try working there and dealing with unruly customers and people stealing products. Self check out staff and checker line staff are so friendly and nice all the time. Get your food and get on with your day.

Can not say enough about the pharmacy staff and the staff in general at this location. The remold looks great and appeared to be energy efficient. I was disappointed with the deli. I don't like seeing a dirty slicer just sitting and then used. I prefer not to get E. coli

I shop this location when I'm visiting Vegas. Today I got accused of taking 1 of 2 Apples in the U-scan by a store manager. I assured Ida that stealing isn't my thing her response was "well you never know". I didn't take kindly to that response and requested a manager over her. Ida told her superior Derek a completely different story...however Ida forgot there's cameras at U-scan so her lie could be verified. Usually this type of treatment would make me NEVER come back but every single time I'm in this store the customer service is outstanding! Sorry for Ida I will be back! and thank you to the store manager Derek who addressed my concern with the outstanding customer service I'm use to at this store.

This store is disgusting and the guy "Patrick" who lied and said he was the store manager & then later said he was LP is despicable! He was rude & nasty & extremely disrespectful. I drove all the way up to the store because it said they were open until 4:00. I'm walking up to the door at 3:45 and he is literally turning away PAYING CUSTOMERS because he decided he wants to close the doors early. You can't do that to people who are driving from all over the city to shop because you said you would be open until 4pm. You can't change your mind & close SOMEONE ELSES store EARLY because you want to take your lazy self home. This was a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE for myself and other shoppers. I stood there and watched that man turn away 100 customers and had the audacity to be disrespectful about it! This guy has some nerve! It's a shame that CORPORATE allows there stores to shut down before the designated time, inconveniencing hundreds of shoppers who are trying to feed their families and loved ones. The saddest part is that he very smugly told me "Albertsons" was open until midnight. Turning away my business as a LOYAL customer for the past decade and redirecting me to another store with vitriol. Smiths needs to do better at vetting and hiring, because this CLOWN should not have any authority at your store. He needs to be held accountable for the disgusting way he treated CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

I have 4-6 prescription to fill every month there. And, when circumstances arrive some additional for infections or other periodic conditions. The FEMALE Pharmacist has interfered with my care and Dr orders every time, or has delayed or not filled within 10 days at times orders that are (a) all legit from Dr and (b) OK by insurance or GOOD RX. And, she will never fill any prescription quicker than 4+ hours, and even then is ofetn late. I am disabled and cannot wait around for an additional hour from already 4+ hour promised completion times, and she is habitual. Their male pharmacists NEVER have issues on any of my prescriptions. I also see that demale Pharmacist arguing and fighting with other customers. In addition, when she is on duty, they delay answering phones at all WELL PAST 11AM, which is totally impractical to patients, regardless of her policy of closed pharmacy to allow for immunications. Anytime I have shown up at 1030 AM in the past 3 months, they NEVER have anyone there for immunications. No waiting lines, but you won't know that by trying to call them as they do NOT answer phones. Lastly, she interfered with breathing medications with me two different time for two different meds allowing one to go into a dead cave with ZERO followup whatsoever. I am filing a state complaint with the board about her and with KROGER CORP. She has GOT TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have done everything reasonable to try to reasonably work with her. She is in her own universe and oblivious to patient care and reasonable efficiency. 0 Stars if one could give.

Needed to purchase something from their customer service desk. Person behind that counter asked her supervisor if she wanted her to assist me or go on break. Supervisor says he can wait. Then comes over to me and says it will be about 10 minutes, it's closed.Hello, maybe the supervisor should have helped me or perhaps just be transparent and tell me your employee needs to go on break for 10 minutes and if it's ok if I wait.I would have been ok with it but the way she delivered it was as if I didnt hear her and that I didn't matter.After sitting in my car for 15 minutes, I go back in to be advised that their systems are down. Atleast the person that delivered that update to me was apologetic. Delivery is everything, it's not what you need to tell me, it's how you say it. Still leaving it a 2 star.
