Ok had been going to this store for almost a year, and they never ask for my id ever, as you know I appear to be and older face with wrinkles and I am acting 61 years old, and today I go there again after work to buy th same red wine that I like and there were a bunch of Smith employees had no respect for me at all they ask my id it’s ok but they were rude to me being sarcastic that it’s a complement that I look under 21 and they said it’s the law to card someone up to 99 years of age which they don’t even show me a sign that said that. I went in google and look for that law and it said as long as you are appear to be older than 21 they don’t need to ask for my I’d, and I know I appeared to be older because I am 61 years old. Even the Manager was on the employee side was very mean to me , what did I do to deserved to be treat like that no respect for the elderly. I am so disappointed and mad. I will not go there anymore. I prefer Sprouts or Albertsons even Costco they don’t treat me that way.

This Smith's grocery store is pretty cool. I have to look around it more, but i first went there to get change because I needed some $5 bills. Tonight i checked out more to grab a couple things and I'm impressed. I'll definitely be back.

Prices are fair. Store is somewhat clean. People aren’t ghetto. Most of the time this store doesn’t have a cashier on, however my last trip I was lucky enough to run into Di Di who was absolutely fantastic. I went to her register with no line.. she was fast. I needed a bottle of alcohol from the liquor section so she pleasantly asked her bagger to get it. She had my $200 worth of groceries checked and bagged before her bagger could return so a line began to form while we waited for the alcohol. I appreciate Di Di, I will go back to this store just because I’ll have a chance to get DI Di again. Di Di saved this review from a 2 star.

WORST GROCERY STORE EVERRRRR!
Very PREJUDICE and the black workers follow right behind the racism. White kids sell candy every week there and seen a few black kids trying to do the same thing and got turned away. They yelled at them to leave ??♀️ White kids ride bikes all throughout store and when I seen a black boy just walking his bike in store today, the manager was so rude and told him to leave. The manager even cursed that little boy out and told him he lucky he is at work… WOW
I am a Caucasian woman and never seen so much racism in my life. I always experience it at this store. They even follow blacks around like they are thieves when white thieves walk freely out the door.,. I seen it there plenty of times.

This is crazy how people judge people by their look? But they are the one scammers, I shop at this store ask this cashier lady to change to sale price , I did not check after I came to my place I saw they charged my full price ? Not the sale price regular price $3.99 , sale price $1.49.called spoke with manger did not fix on the phone went back to the store , lady at the customer service don’t know what to do I was told go the register number 3 went to the manger he did but it was very uncomfortable!! I been to all 50 states over 400 cities, I been to this store few times before , not happy the way they harass you for No reason???

Horrible customer service we went to make do a money order at customer service and the lady at the desk was very rude yelled in my child's face when my child tried to explain we don't have a smiths card after she ask 3 time if we do her name was debs

This store has no cell phone signal inside. Electronic cupons are pain to use. All other things are great.

It's Smiths. The staff are very friendly, and the lines at check out are not long. Prices have gone up, but that's everywhere. I like I get points towards fuel
