At home in Reno, I always shop at Smith's for the best deals around. So naturally, when I needed to shop for groceries, this was the nearest Smith's.I was not disappointed. Actually, this supermarket actually had bigger departments, like produce and meat departments. Way bigger than the one I use in Reno. Great prices, of course difficult to find items because the layout is not the same. Also, difficult to find help to locate items. But all in all a good experience.We did self check out, and it accepts Apple Pay so you don't have to worry about carrying your wallet. Didn't really have any interactions with the workers. Other than that, still my go to place for groceries.

This place would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the deli. The store is always clean and stocked plus the bonus of having the gas station right out side is money. The deli is never a good experience doesn't matter how thin you ask for things to be sliced they always cut it into slabs, give you the wrong type of meat. Today is the last time. Ask for 1.5# of ham they gave me turkey. I went back and asked if they could change it to ham and he did but he only gave me a pound. It's not a difficult job I did it when I was in HS. The laziness is just on a whole other level. I'm just going to have to go to the Flamingo store.

Smith's is a great store. Clean, organized, can find things and shelves are stocked. Gas prices here are less than many other places, too.

So I called Smith’s This afternoon to have my medication transferred from CVS to Smiths because it had been sent there by my dr Accidentally rather than Smiths (which i preferred). at 7:20 Pm i get a call from a Smiths Pharmacy employee to tell me they couldn’t transfer it. (which isnt what upset me) what was upsetting was how extremely rude she was when i began to ask a question and speak she started to talk over me and continued to talk over me every time i attempted to speak. and then had to have a nasty attitude when i did get a chance to speak. I didn’t speak to her that way, and i dont appreciate being spen to this way. I love Smiths, and most pharmacy employees there, but she was not a good representation of Smiths. not at all..I hope I never have to end up dealing with her again or id rather go to a different pharmacy..

Our server Manuela was amazing! Please give her our kudos! She deserves either a raise or higher up position. The food was great and the atmosphere was fun!!!
