I went there with my grandson because he wanted to make cupcakes. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, which is great since it was a Friday night at 5:30

Horrible. Worst experience. I was ringing in a large order in check out line. When security came to me said everything better be wrung. I was like what are you calling me their I'm still ringing in items. I asked for manager than security started removing my items from one cart to another. I said don't touch my items or anything. Manager didn't even talk to me said we're done here . Close him out void the sale. I couldn't believe it.
I called corporate and went to another Smiths told the manager there Debbie
She welcomed me with open arms made sure I was ok. Wrung me up.
I forgot when item had to back to smiths the security guards say he's back. I said yes I'm
I said here the receipt for this item and here the receipt for the one I just bought. Please these security guards think there cops. I work high end retail . I'm flabbergasted by these Rentacops . That can't be regular enforcement. The manager needs to be fired and reprimanded.

One of the few places that hasn’t gone over ton increasing its prices! Plus they sent me good coupons in the mail on products I buy regularly. I only get gas here because I get 40-80c off per gallon too.

I visited the store today July 25th 2024 and needed help with digital coupons. Michele at the self checkout isle was quick to step forward and assist with a smile and enthusiasm ?....she is VERY deserving of this Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review!! ?

Treasure Hall has the worst customer service! I was trying to inform her of a busted product cause I needed another one and all my things were rung up. Instead of her acknowledging me she starts looking around like I didn't just say something to her. She then takes the item and says oh I'm a manager and walks away while saying I'll find the person for this section. This store has to be the worse and the security guards Javontae and Keith ( which they both gave me fake names)as usual in a Smiths isn't worth the money they are getting paid. I hope corporate sees this and contacts me! 2nd Smiths store I have reviewed in Vegas

0 carts multiple times when entering store. Security is always talking with self check out employees who don't notice when customers need help.
