Thank you for helping me to secure the proper gauge needles for my injections. The pharmacy staff listened to me and gave me good support for my issue.

This location is near downtown so it's not the best place but it's not dangerous either. Some homeless people roaming but as a woman by myself at night I never feel unsafe. Great people work here and they have a ton of vegan, organic, healthy options which I really appreciate.

I love this store. It's been my store for 25 years. I only have one major complaint. Their has been someone hanging in the parking lot for over 7 months, raising money for his football uniform. I call BS he is husling customers, and Smiths management needs to run him off. He intimidates people to give him money.

Update your hours if you want to close early, don't scream at guests through the door that you locked as they walked up when there's still plenty of time. Actually, don't scream at guests at all! I walked in when other guests walked out- commence second screaming about how they are closed early as I walked away to grab my few items. I was still out BEFORE 11, your posted closing time, despite the time I had to spend in confrontation with your employee!

Thank goodness to find a Smith's with a pharmacy near my new digs in the Art District. I was able to transfer my Rx seamlessly and continue the automatic refills. And my favorite Mexican taqueria is nearby!

I used to shop here regularly, but I really try to avoid this store at all costs now. Very few check out clerks and the ones they have are rude. Today was a prime example. I am in the midst of checking out and the clerk yells out WHERE THE HELL IS LOUISE? SHES SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. I managed to keep my temper, I left and won't go back. You'd never hear this at Winco and the prices are better.

Dirty store. Employees yelling to get customers attention. No labeling on departments or self check out lines. I wasn't surprised to see such a low overall rating.

The absolute worst grocery store. This location has no competition, and it shows. The staff (especially checkers) is generally unfriendly. I understand that there are supply line issues - but the shelves are frequently bare. No hot dog buns? Really? I have run into: no celery, no onions, no parsnips, no leeks. These are basic produce items for a customer base that includes multi-million dollar homes (I'm not so fortunate be one of those residents - I live in a dumpy little apartment). It really is the fact that there is no - zero - competition, that this store gets away with such a horrible standard. Their steak and chop cuts are far too thin. Their roasts are far too fatty. Their produce is bottom-line, from rock hard peaches and apricots (in-season!), to spoiling onions, to fungus-infested garlic, to dehydrated "fresh" mushrooms. Their buyers must go for the absolute lowest price, and the lack of quality shows. This store is only a little over a mile from my home. When I have the time, I drive the 10+ miles to Albertsons - the club prices are competitive, and the quality and variety is much better.

Ham. All I want is some ham. Shouldn't have to wait 1/2 hour. 3 people supposed to be working the deli counter. 2 of them left for something. Got to hear the arguments when the two guys return. Said to the one lady that was actually working should go talk to Kenya or take day off. Nice.

This is my local Smith's and closest grocery store. I have been a loyal customer for years and appreciate the friendly staff. Unfor., the pharmacy manager upset and disappointed me 2 weeks ago. I'm sad I had to leave them. It's Jan, my yearly deductible isn't met yet.. normal..expected. What wasn't expected was when I went to pick up my generic Adderall ADHD medicine, the pharmacy tried to charge me 3 times the normal price... $120 vs. $40. I had a GoodRx coupon that said it was only like $38.71 or something. I was told it is the Pharmacy Managers "discretion" to honor GoodRx or not. I didn't pick up and instead went back next day to ask manager why this was the case. She just said it was her decision and because it is a Sch 2 drug. I said "What does that matter.. a script is a script is a script". She just said sorry. I asked her is the extra $80 profit was worth my 4-6 monthly prescriptions staying with Smith's. She shrugged her shoulders. Today I picked up my scripts at Costco. After a week or so of annoyingly transferring them...emailing my docs a few times to send over new scripts etc... it's finally done. I paid $38.16 at Costco for this particular script. According to GoodRx. - the retail price of my families monthly scripts is over $6,000. According to Google - in 2019 the avg. profit from scripts for a pharmacy is 22%. Accordingly - Smiths has now at "her discretion" transferred over $1300/mo to Costco in Profit. That's over $15,000/yr for just one customer. Poor Poor Poor management leadership decision. Moral of the story... don't be greedy. Be Kind. Think. Everyone hates the pharmacy industry because you all make up your prices.. And your PBM's have too much power. Just look at the differences on GoodRx from one pharmacy to another. I'm sure you are good, nice people... but the people making decisions don't care about the customers.. .they care about maximizing profits and getting as much out of us as possible. I care about saving money. Thank God for at least some resemblance of competition to keep you all in check. Capitalism at it's finest. Finally.. and the real reason I went to the trouble transferring.. Why are you discriminating against people with mental issues? Did you think I'd let you rob me because I "needed" it. Your morality is in question. Shame on you.

I love smiths!! It's right by the hospital, so when I get off I can get by there, with little effort. I also love grocery pickup. Anthony was the shopper that brought out my order. Very kind guy. Didn't have a long wait time for groceries to come out.
