Hopefully smith’s division Human Resources and the district manager having opportunity able to read this review.I was went to interview this morning oct 7 8 am ish in this location smith’s.it seems like the upper management who’s name is Katie co-managers on the store and they have second round interview with me very unprofessional she was staring at me since and giving me very bad eye contact it seems like she have very bad day and angry face and I was actually came across from manager level from another retailer as well.and I have knowledge since she asking me the question until ended up job tittle interview she never asking me real and professional right questions for the job description.and also since,she came in never introduced by herself.she just directly yelled out asking me about my current company sales.how much my current company made.that was scared me little bit.unfortunately,i wont sold my current company information and how much my company forecast and sales analysis provide giving the smith management team.it was horrible experiencing for this interviewed.just example if she asking me about customers service experience and how do I handle my team and customer service experience thats still acceptable any way I’m good now.wish y’all best in luck for your future interview.

They have good prices.A lot of things are stocked on the shelves.And they also have Smith app to use along with their coupons that you get in the mail.It does help on your cost

The older lady in the cheese section is so lazy she stands around and waits for texts on her phone they never want to help me make a cheese platter you guy are losing out on money with these lazy people working

They sell more than groceries, which is actually a negative because the store takes forever to walk through and find what you need. Grocery baggers don't know how to bag; they put heavy stuff on top of eggs and meat, they combine heavy and fragile items in the same bag, and they overstuff plastic bags. Finally, the butcher shop does not know how to debone chicken thighs. They say boneless, but they are not. They are also misshapen and completely different sizes because of the amateur butcher job.

I switched to shopping at Albertson’s even though Smiths is closer to my house. Smiths does not know how to run a business with the customers in mind. They crowd the isles to restock shelves during busy shopping hours, which is a huge inconvenience when they’re blocking isles completely. I decided to go there quickly today out of convenience for location and they acted like I was crazy for asking if they have any pool floaties (in August when it’s still 100 degrees), but Halloween has already taken over their store. I went to Albertson’s, they had pool toys and floaties and no sign of Halloween, thank you Albertson’s!

There is so much crime at smiths market place in skye canyon people shop lift and walk out with carts of knock I watch last week store clerk get punch in face always problems there with shop lifters I recommend people not to go there your life could be at risk

This Smith's is Craaaaaazy. It's huge, has clothes and household and toys. There is even a bar inside! But easily the best part is Shay at the cheese counter. She has made every visit special, introduced me to new cheese, and just seems like she enjoys her job and is so kind. She goes the extra mile. And makes this special Smith's even better.

I like this store except one issue I find frustrating. I shop early in the morning and there are always these giant metal carts full of cardboard boxes blocking everything and boxes and boxes of chips on the floor. You can't event push your cart down the aisle or shop for things in the chips aisle. I talked to the uscan lady about it and she said they don't work for smiths they are frito lay employees. Well I hope somone talks to frito lay because 4 or 5 of these giant racks and all these boxes makes it impossible to safely or comfortably shop.
