This is the second time an unethical thing has happened at this fuel center. Last Wednesday I went and *Dennis the attendant assisted me. I prepaid $30 and told him I wanted to use only 500 points. Later on found out he went ahead and charged all of my 1000 points . In addition it only filled $22.84 and until this day I don't see the $7.16 credit back to my card.
The first time the same guy added a pack of cigarettes to my total and coded it something different. When I told I just asked for $30 and it says 37 he said oh no that's going to come off. When I looked into my smiths account and realized he had charged for a pack of cigarettes. I went to the grocery store and they just refunded the pack of cigarette.
This doesn't happened happen in any other locations.

Ordinary location. Nice getting 3 cents off for members however their prices are a little higher anyway so I only stop here when I'm not near a cheaper place.

I know it’s strange, but this is not a grocery store. Most of the Smith fuel centers are close to a grocery store. this one is strictly gas pumps, and one cashier in the middle small box if you want to pay for gas in cash.
