Read if you care. I've had problems with Smart Auto from the very beginning of purchase. You guys sold me an Isuzu with bad air conditioning which went out days after purchase. I had to wait for the GENERAL MANAGER to return from vacation to place me in another vehicle. He was the nicest most understanding gentleman I have came in counter with at your company. I've had repairs done to my car there with no issues. Recently I took my 09 Nissan Cube there to have the brake booster and master replaced. My car was there with you guys for several days. When I picked up my car all my items inside were stolen: steering wheel cover, cell phone carrier, car charger, aux cord, and some items in my trunk. I immediately went in and notified Ceasar. He told me you guys have a sign that you're NOT responsible for stolen items and etc. Ok no problem. It would be nice if there was a 10 sec convo with customers reminding them not to leave items in their cars because of theft and other things before they leave their vehicle with you guys for a few days. That's called going ABOVE AND BEYOND, making sure your customers are happy and continue to stay that way. I called to talk to the GM just to give him heads up on my situation unfortunately he wasn't there so I had to settle for a woman who cared less. My loan will be paid off in a year. I will be purchasing another vehicle, but NOT through you guys. NO WAY!!! I will warn others as well to stay clear. Good day.
Just to let you guys know there was no damage done to my vehicle. I always lock up my car when I leave it. Smart Auto had my keys so either THEY forgot to lock my car or someone from their shop stole my items. Either way it's not a good look. I will not have repairs done there in the future. Good day!!?

They sold me this lemon car back 2019.... Now years later they reported it to my credit.. This company did not want to fix vehicle nor where they trying to work out another deal with me I didn't have the vehicle 3 months before I started having issues with the vehicle.... Smh you guys own me!

Rick is amazing. Keeps you completely updated on everything going on and it’s smooth sailing with him. Every where else will leave you disappointed after telling you they’ll do their best.. where as he really does. You can tell he cares. Thank you so much Rick for all your help today!

Yes they do incentives for five star reviews so no you can't trust there ratings. Jeff is an absolute J**** Not sure if he is still working there but if so he's the Manager who rides a motorcycle and tries way too hard. He is rude and slimy. He tried to put me in an unsafe car and had the nerve to get an attitude with me when I called him out on it. He bragged that he sold the car to someone else. Even after he knew it was smoking and the brakes went out. This is an update to an old post but I just have to say buyers beware. This is shady place to but a car. Have a mechanic there to check out your prospects if you must. I wouldn't.

Fair warning!!! In the month I purchased my vehicle at Smart Auto. I was out doing errands when I wanted to start my car as I was getting done with what I needed I was stranded due to my car not starting. I was in distraught and confused, later to find out by a relative of mine that knew about cars had told me my alternator went out. How is that when it's a vehicle I just purchased in that week the car broke down. I took it to Smart Auto they were kind enough to tell me they will replace the Alternator, which was totally find with me but right after they changed the alternator my car started to have more problems. My power steering went out a couple months after , then my brakes started to act up another couple months after that then my check engine light kept going on and off. I took it to pep boys but they couldn't find anything wrong because no codes were coming up when diagnosing my car. After reading a bunch of reviews about Smart Auto I could see other customers have the same problem where their car brakes down in the month or two they purchased it. They only care about money they get from us. All I could say don't come purchase your vehicle at Smart Auto even if you are in desperate need of a car.

Awesome dealership. Will be recommending to others. Thank you Smart Auto.!2 years later and they are like any little rink a dink car dealership. They’ll work with you to an extent but they sell their cars already broken and broke down. And when you have a warranty they won’t fix it and if it’s something the warranty won’t cover they won’t give you your car back unless you pay for literally everything they thought needed to be fixed after you told them what was wrong. I believe they’re going to be out of business soon. I hope so.! Will never be in business with SMART AUTO OR FISHTAIL FINANCE ANYMORE!

My husband and I got a car through smart auto and the first car we got broken down WITHIN 2 months we continuously went back to get it fixed only for it to be brought back to us with them telling us there's nothing wrong with it. We finally got to talk with someone and traded in that car for another one of there's. IT BROKE DOWN WITH IN A WEEK OF HAVING IT. We then realized why they say there's no problems with the car the flashed the codes so we took it to different mechanics and codecs didn't show at all. We told them the problem and they would help us. We dumped the car with them then accused us of being in an accident when we literally gave them the car back how they gave it to us. We wasted so much money and time and my husband lost so many jobs due to not having reliable transportation. They f***** with our lives for two years and now there sending us mail saying we owe them 12,000 for that shitty a** car. Please don't go to them. PLEASE

I brought a car from here and from day 2 the car has been messing up..when I brought this car mysteriously Todd was gone on the 3rd day.do I'm stuck with it...they say stop the car off but when you working 16 hour days that's not acceptable...then when I go up there they have service people come out like I'm gonna do something to them...Merrissa know she could of gave me a different car...now I called her right now they answered and hung up on me.dont buy a car from here they play tag on the phone..
