First time I was ever in a smart an final. Employees were really nice and when I asked where something was they didn't just say ilse five they said what row, what side of the row and if it was too middle or bottom. That was pretty cool. The store was very clean. But let's talk about how bad it hurt my wallet. The prices are high as all the other stores around this area. I've been in Vegas since before US95 went all the way through Henderson. The prices are out of control. If u can go an extra 3 miles u can save 25 to 50%.

The manager of smart n final store #352 Walter Mijares accused my 13 year old daughter of stealing a pack of meat. When I went to confront him he said he was watching us, he said he saw us pick of the pack of meat and then the meat disappeared. I told him to check his cameras he refused. So now I’m think you watch all the black customers. There was a white customer looking at meat too how come he didn’t harassed her. He knew he was n the wrong and all he had to do was apologize to my child but no he turn his back to us like he was busy watching more customers in the store

I love this store!! Always a good experience here. The aisles are a little tight but you can still walk down them with a cart. Emoyees have always been friendly. Shop here frequently!!

Smart & final price gouges. 150 eggs were 23.99. Because of Thanksgiving, they went to 33.99.

Horrible service here now. I was told I could enter my card manually on the phone,when I arrived and actually entered the card number (as it is an option on display screen) the cashier DENIED me to do it.bwahaha Then we have the cashier and other workers just talking BAD (behind ppl backs)about customers in the store.RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS FACES.. I have been living in this area and goin to this smart and final for YEARS but it ended today..and PLEASE don't respond to this review saying your going to escalate it to management.(routine comments) THE MANAGEMENT WAS TALKING CRAZY BOUT THE CUSTOMERS ALSO!! It's cool though.i went and got double the groceries for what I was spending here at Smith's grocery.
