Always problems. Card readers always not working, always no receipts and pump keep disabling itself , literally torture

Bought a car wash at the pump, then pulled around and the car wash was closed. Went inside and they refused to give me a refund - they said it wasn't their fault the car wash was broken and I had to come back and see if it was open on future days, and if it wasn't open within two weeks, they'd give me a 3 day extension, then a refund. Told them I didn't live nearby and this wasn't acceptable. Cashier was rude about it, I persisted and she got the assistant manager. Also rude, also refused. Said it was physically impossible to refund a car wash bought at the pump inside. Raised her voice with me and acted like I was the one being ridiculous. Said she could get her manager but she'd tell me the same thing. She called her manager, and 5 minutes later the "physically impossible" refund was being processed through the cash register which had a "void car wash" button.Makes me wonder how many people are getting scammed here every day.

Very rude cashiers I just moved to this side of town and started using this location as it is closest to my home and man do I feel unwanted here. I come in every day "hey everyone how's the day going"! With a response of "what do you need"...literally every time different employees same answer. I just can't ever get them to be happy. On the way out after purchase I always say have a great day night what ever the case maybe most say you to or thank you. But not this place i waited a few seconds after saying it and the lady looks at me and says what you need a receipt I couldn't believe it what rude staff idk if I'm just being petty but I just don't feel welcome at this location multiple times now.

I want to give a BIG shoutout to the cashier working the late morning shift on 10/23/22 at around 11:45am for helping me get my receipt so I could get my car washed. After paying $8 for a car wash after getting gas here at the Sinclair on Blue Diamond and Dean Martin, the pump didn't print my receipt (hey, we've all been there, right?). Usually I don't like going inside asking for a receipt, but I had to man up and do it this time around. I was so close to going to LUV car wash up the street, but I would be throwing away $8 in these times of inflation. I told the cashier that I had requested a car wash and the pump didn't print my receipt (where the car wash code can be found) and she was SUPER helpful in getting it for me. She asked me what pump I was at and the total amount I paid for. And just like that, she gave me my receipt, got my car washed, and I was on my way. Thank you again!!! If only I remembered your name.

Mini mart, gas, car wash, and even a USPS Branch all on the same corner. Got the Basic Car Wash for $8 (saved $2) with self-service gas. Paid at the pump. You drive in and out. Free vacuuming stations. No frills, no problem!

Very poor customer service. Do not honor prices as advertised. Two male employees got rude. Lady name Sidney claiming to be manager was rude said she will not honor advertised price. If not going to honor prices than take signs down and DON'T ADVERTISE FALSELY
