Severely under staffed. Very rarely are there more than two tellers, in fact the last time I was in, there was only one. As a result you have to be ready to wait, it's unlikely it'll be a quick process. I've never run in to bad service once I reach someone, it's the wait period that's frustrating. I once went in and there were three tellers, but two were doing Loan documentation which takes a while, and the other was dealing with a member issue. No way that we should've had to wait 20 minutes to get someone. Perhaps they need a different type of automated system/ATM that allows for more services/ higher withdrawal amounts. A very nice and clean location, and is very large.

My bank is out of state and this branch is a co-op shared branch. Everyone was so kind and helpful when I needed to make a deposit! Will be using them going forward for all transactions needed!

This isn't just a "no" it's a f no. They are supposed to be a partner union to my cu "We're actually not your credit union, sooooo we don't have to help you." I've made my car payment here every month since moving. I hate these people.

Worst bank ever!!!!!! I go get the paperwork they need to set up automatic payments and when I get back they change there story. Can't even make payments online. They just want to force you to bank with them. Can't wait to change my loan to another bank.

I have never received bad customer service from this location. Very friendly establishment all the way through management as a co-op client they have served me as if I was a member of their team. This team really always has a smile on their face when you walk in the door...Thank you all for always being professional

DON’T GO HERE, ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL, WORST BRANCH. HIGHLY UNREASONABLE. SLOW TO RESPOND AND YOU CAN HAVE AN 800 CREDIT SCORE AND THEY STILL WONT HELP YOU. GO ELSEWHERE!

Horrible customer service by the branch manager Roxanna.I went to deposit money into my shared branch but the teller said they don’t take coins. So the manager came over with an angry look and just said no.I only had $12 in quarters to deposit.They finally explained they only give out change but not accept it and that their coin machine would charge me. I asked for their help with this situation and Roxana refused to give me alternate. In customer service when you say no to a client you provide them with options. This could’ve been a great opportunity to turn me into a member by highlighting your amenities that I needed but instead she turned an opportunity into a bitter moment.I should feel taken care of at my bank not aggression by the manager.

Love this branch. I'm a credit union member from the other side of the country and there are no local branches. When I moved to Vegas I tried to do share branching at several credit unions only to find IMPOSSIBLE restrictions on day and times due to the RONA situation.Then I found Silver State. This branch is more than AWESOME. Share branching was easy, like it supposed to be and the people are extremely helpful.Thank you for being the best!

When I call there customer service every single time I had to deal with representatives with bad attitudes when I was respectful with them from the start. I will never do business with them again.

I went into get a checking account and the employees were very polite and were going to sign me up for checking and savings. I had a manager come and harass me and saying anything I provided was not good enough and I had to have utility bill no matter what to get an account. I responded by them why did they waste the tellers time or the person to get an account opened with out telling me first and why waste all of our time. Then it got worse the teller apologized for inconvenience and the woman manager made her cower down and said did you say you apologized and she put her down and said no. I witness and fear to this employee. Don't ever support any institution who would abuse customers or employees.

We needed to open up a secondary savings account. I found it weird that even though we already have a checking and savings account with them they still needed to run my credit to open a secondary savings? Anyway just took a little longer then we though because of a few extra steps. The employees were very nice and professional and were able to help us with everything we needed. We have never had any issues with this credit union like we have had with other banks in the past and this is why we continue to bank here!
