Sales people 3 star Dealership 2.5 starsFlexibility with customers. 3 starsOverall they are the same as you see on the internet, they are a business and need to make money. The problems is the way they make it.If the car market goes to Sh+! I wouldn't shed a tear.We over pay because we want to, and they stay in business because we let them.

I called Gaudin just to talk to Service & it took me 23 times to call back in 20 minutes. Here's The Proof! Update: it's been an hour since the 1st phone call, waiting to talk to a manager here on location & I'm still waiting to talk to a manager. This is sad, very poor customer service. Anyone reading this, please stay away from Gaudin Ford & their Service Department!One more thing, after waiting for an hour and a half, I finally gave up talking to a manager, so I drove around the lot, telling customers to go somewhere else, because their customer service is awful. I was like if they can't handle phone calls, imagine what they are going to do when they try to sell you a car or you have an issue with your vehicle!One more thing, I called them as I was telling customers don't come here & the front desk girl was like sorry, don't know why a manager hasn't talked to you yet. She was like there's only so much I can do.

We have a fully loaded 2021 Badlands Bronco and have had multiple mechanical issues, but the main problem has been dealing with Gauden Ford. HOWEVER, this last encounter to replace the soft top that took MONTHS to get the part in and get a call back from these people to actually schedule to do the work actually went decent so I needed to write a review of my experience thus far. I will continue to update as the work is done. It's been a week so far. As much as I can't stand this company, huge shout out to "T" in service for helping solve what could have been a really bad day. My boyfriend was told that there was no time frame to solve the soft top issue - something about they actually send the vehicle and part to an aftermarket shop to cut and size it then bring it back to the Ford dealership to pretend they did the work and charge you for their labor. Anyway not the point. - They told him no loaner was available so he would just have to figure it out. My boyfriend has much more patience than I in general, this was NOT okay. I immediately drove over and spoke with "T" and explained EVERYTHING we've been through. I am sure he thought I was bat sh!t cray, but he listened and didn't judge. He found me a loaner and has had his team in communication with us so far. Like I said it's been a week so far, but I am holding my breath. It can make all the difference in the world to hire good people and people who really care about what they do and the clients they encounter. Great job thus far "T". Thank you.Update: ONE WEEK LATER; after they promised this would be taken care of in 3-4 days with the loaner. 3 stars went back to one star. What is wrong with these people?????Someone called from Gauden Ford yesterday late afternoon. Said they SOMEHOW needed to order a whole new soft top WHICH WAS ALREADY WHAT WE WERE SUPPOSEDLY WAITING ON FOR MONTHS TO BE ORDERED AND NOW AGAIN WE HAVE TO WAIT TO BEING SENT TO A NEW SOFT TOP AND THEN GO TO AFTERMARKET BODY SHOP. Will continue to update on this bizarre behavior. How do you run a business like this. Honestly go to Findlay or geezus North Las Vegas and you will be treated better. These people are absolutely absurd to deal with.

I called to bring in my 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid due to the check braking system and the parking light was staying on. I was told by the lady service writer that they DO NOT look at cars/trucks older 10 years and this includes Ford because they don't make parts older than 10 years. That statement was false because I ordered a brake booster, new vacuum hoses and a master cylinder within the last 3 weeks for this escape.Ford sadly lost my business and ended up taking my car to another repair shop that had NO problem finding the problem and fixing it along with getting an ABS module which they ordered directly from Gaudin.Other than the lack of wanting to at least take a look at it, the dealership is okay.

My experience at Gaudin Ford was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. My mother and I had been in the process of purchasing a vehicle, and we thought we had everything settled with the salesman, Igor, including the price with taxes accounted for. However, our excitement quickly turned to dismay when we were informed of a sudden price increase due to a misunderstanding between Igor and the general manager, Frank.The general manager's behavior during this ordeal was completely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility for the misunderstanding, he displayed rudeness, inappropriateness, and a total lack of respect. It was bewildering that he tried to shift the blame onto us, suggesting that we should either request money from family or finance the vehicle through them. Why should we finance when we had the agreed-upon amount ready to purchase the vehicle outright?What was most disappointing was the general manager's failure to make any effort to rectify the situation or honor the originally agreed-upon price. This experience left a bitter taste in our mouths, and it's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service at a dealership. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Gaudin Ford, as this experience was far from satisfactory.

Just purchased a new 2023 F-150, not only are the sales representatives professional, they were willing to negotiate price and Frank, Sales Manager, come to me with amazing finance options that best fit our needs. When buying a car, it can be a very stressful process, but Gaudin Ford made it the easiest ever. If you are in the market to buy a Ford vehicle go to Gaudin and meet Frank!

Mark was excellent he communicated from start to finish. The lady at the help desk made sure I got free shuttle service home while they worked on my truck recall issues.I got my truck same day and I really appreciate the professionalism and definitely will be go back.

My parents bought a pre owned Red Ford Escape 2020 in June 2023 and apparently they are a good salesman who knows how to sell cars, but with bad customer service when you are not in the area. The Bad salesman and manger not return phone calls because my dad was stressing out wondering what happened to the SUV?! So he drove the car from Las Vegas to San Francisco. Since they don't respond to any distressing calls from customers my dad had to take to Serramonte Ford who was more than happy to service the car and found out bad battery, needed smog check and hardware needed to be updated. My dad told me not to write a review, but I know reviews are important to inform other people, so I am writing a review on his behalf. I should mention a Long time ago I went with them to buy our first new Ford Escape SUV 2013 with no issues at that time. But as a benefit of doubt new cars normally has no problems so back then no issues. So in getting an average of both experiences instead of one star I give them 2 stars. It's not as if they read the reviews or seem to care about their customers. But as other wrote, this location has its issues. Maybe that's why most people will buy foreign cars. I know my next car will not be a Ford for sure!

First, My wife and I just picked up our Ford Maverick yesterday. We are really happy. So the two guys I have to thank. I went in there and wasn't going to buy the warranty but Devonn made me a great offer. My friend got his Toyota Tacoma and his warranty was way more than mine and it sucked in comparison by a lot. So thank you Devonn. The man of the hour Devin. Let's start at the beginning. It was early December of 2021. We look at the Maverick and was really interested. We on vacation in California and I found dealers that had it so my wife took it for a test drive. Our son was 2 months old at the time ( he is 20 months now). We get back from California and we contacted the other Ford dealer in Vegas by Henderson. I spoke to the guy there and explaining that I would like to put a deposit down. He said it was fine, we drive all the way there, we live in the north west. Then we get there and he said he couldn't do that. So he wasted my fucking time. So on the drive back, I decide to call gaupin Ford for the fuck of it. Devin gets on the line and I explain to him that I wanted to put a deposit down. He was surprised that the other ford dealer didn't do that. So he let's me come in to put my deposit down, he wanted to help us build the truck but we had already built it. We gave it to him and he said that I would get it for sticker, no mark ups. He also informed me that Ford could not put in the order until late summer of 2022.. I had no problem with that. Now comes Sept of 2022, Devin calls me and we get all the details of the order. Understand Devin and I probably had like 40 email exchanges between each other. Then the wait and in Feb of 2023, I get an email from the factory there will be a delay. Then April of 2023 comes and I get an email, saying my build will start the week of May 29th 2023. One week later, June of 2023 my build is done. The week after, my truck is shipped. Devin was professional, engaged, reliable, detailed, and went above and beyond when he could. Oh even when we test drove it, we figure we had to get gas for the truck. Before we left he notice that and drove us to the gas station and made sure it was full before we left. I didn't even expect that. So to the powers that be, if this man ever was up for a promotion, he got my vote. I also think he would be good at finance. I work as a manager in sales, so I can tell. Thank you Devin and thank you Ford. This is the first in my family to have a Ford.

I don't know who dropped the ball Ford or the dealership or both. But this was my 2nd attempt to get this recall take care of. When I first got the notice, I scheduled the appointment showed up and of course the service advisor said the part wasn't available yet. He took my info and said he'll contact me (which he never did) So I finally got an email from Ford directly saying the part is now available. Scheduled my appointment, showed up and my service advisor (Ron) said they'll take care of it and it'll be ready around 2pm (dropped off at 8:15am) There's no shuttle service (on Saturday), the customer lounge was FULL so I called Lyft to get home as I wasn't going to wait that long. Back home going about my business, I get a call 9:08am from Ron saying it's ready. I'm like "Ready?" what?!? And of course he tells me turns out I need a DIFFERENT part and they need to special order it. I'm like WTF?!? Did they NOT order it when I went in last time?? Oh believe me I was MAD. I got up early for this appointment, took a Lyft back that cost almost $20 (with tips) and now you're telling me I did all this for NOTHING? That's just great, I'm done with this recall BS, I'll go back when it's time for my next scheduled maintenance and hopefully they have the part then! It wouldn't be so bad IF my service advisor would straight up tell me that they don't have the part so I'll just go. But NOPE! They needed a tech to open it up to find out. Like how do you NOT know what parts are in the truck that Gaudin Ford sold me? Yes I bought the truck from them too!

Ordered parts numerous times Silver State Parts also have a great selection of Ford OEM parts and great discounted prices. Shipping is fast and always well packaged. Would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service.Sent me 4 emails in the course of 15 minutes. Then didn't respond to me for 9 hours when I asked about my trade info.Once I did get a response from GEORGE after I sent another email, the car was sold. I still never got my trade info.I get a call two days later saying the truck hasn't been sold. I said great, get me a trade figure and we can make a deal.Nothing for 6 hours. I reached back out and again no trade info and the email I get is that the truck is sold again.Won't do business with or recommend doing business with this dealership.

I have only come here for service a few times over the years for my 2004 Crown Victoria P71 that I bought at the Metro Police Auction 7 years ago . Luckily it was a Detective Vehicle and not a Patrol Vehicle so it had less than 100,000 miles and was well taken care of . I only paid $2,300 for it ! The only repair I have done is replaced the Heavy Duty Alternator about 2 years after I got it and just oil and fluid changes , brakes and tires . Remarkable ! Yes it doesn't get Toyota gas mileage , but I pay less than $100 a month car insurance and it's never broken down on me and I've driven it to Tahoe before . It still has less than 150,000 miles on it . The only complaint I have is when I come in for an oil change and tire rotation they never put on the center caps tightly . I've had salesmen looking at my car when I pull out of service and me walking around the car popping my center caps in place . I had one pop off the first time I took it there , so I check every single time before I hit the road and every time at least 2 are not on correctly . I get the Works Treatment which is a Synthetic Blend Oil Change , Tire Rotation , Check Fluids , Car Wash , etc . The waiting room is nice and clean with coffee and stuff , magazines , and a big TV . They sometimes have old cars in the lobby which I am an old car nut , so that is cool . I have taken a few pictures over the years that I will include here . I had to order my brakes and rotors from parts before which I thought they should have had in stock with so many old P71 Crown Vics on the road here in Las Vegas .
