Working with Natasha at Silver Lining was a truly exceptional experience. I have never had any prior experience with estate sales. After consulting with several professionals [lawyers, funeral home, etc] dealing with the death of my dear friend, all referrals for an estate sale contact led back to Silver Lining. Natasha was patient, empathetic, caring, conscientious, and very accommodating while working around my schedule with probate and following the timelines required. She held tentative sale dates months in advance for the estate and never pressured me in any way. The way in which she and her team cared for the property and possessions will never be forgotten and was truly appreciated. I would not hesitate referring Silver Linings to anyone having to deal with the unfortunate event of losing a loved one. I placed my trust in Silver Linings and handed them keys and never felt like I made the wrong decision. Thanks again for everything!

I have gone to almost all of Silver Lining Estate Sales and every one of them have been the BEST!!! Prices descent/ discount of 40% on the 2nd day, and staff very organized and friendly. Crowd control is a must because sooo many people want to go to Natasha's sales. As I have waited in line to get into one of Natasha's sales, people are commenting on the wait is "worth" it. Thanks to all - Barb Barela - 2/23-24/24 - was an example of a "great" sale.

Way over priced. They were asking $120 for something I could get new at the store for $75. I don’t know what the point is of selling used stuff if you refuse to negotiate. I used to like these sales but the last two times the staff was super rude. No longer a fan of them.

They did a great job with an online auction of our estate. Everything went quickly and smoothly and they fulfilled all of their obligations. I highly recommend them.

After my mom passed, I needed an estate sale company and Natasha was incredible. She was on time for every appointment, honest about what to expect, and professional every step of the way. Natasha turned a very difficult time into one less worry. The house was emptied as promised and I could concentrate on my other concerns. I highly recommend Natasha and Silver Lining Estate Sales.

I have been to 6 of there estate sales. The first three sales the prices were higher than retail and on the last day they were 50% off. Even at 50% off the items were still high but better if you really wanted something. The next 3 that I went to….. THEY started to only let a few people in the house at a time. I waited over an hour to get in. After I got in the home had like 10 people and was not busy. It was the same over priced items. They must be comparing to EBAY list prices not sold prices. Heavily Used hats $6.00 used spray paint cans $3 antique tin cans $25+ nothing was a good deal. The second day now is 25% off and not 50% off. But their site doesn’t say that. If you ask for a better price they say talk to the cashier lady and she says that is what we are required to do by contract.DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!I have only went back because I was in the area at other sales. I will not be Back again.

Sent an inquiry to use this auction house. They responded that they were taking bookings for 2023. As i am not moving until early next year I responded that was ok. I followed up with an email and no response. I followed up with a 2nd email telling them it was ok to start in 2023 as i was not in a rush and no response. Then i sent a 3rd email stating i knew no-one in the auction business and would they extend the courtesy of a response and again no response. Since then i have contacted McManus Auction who was very interested and sent a 5 ton truck boy to pick up my stuff and it will go to auction immediately. This company could have at least responded. I would not recommend to use them.

Silver Linings Estate Sales led by Natasha took care of our family in a really tough time with true professional acumen and care! She made the process seamless and as profitable as possible for us. The fact that we are from out of town added a level service that was needed and she handled that beautifully as well! Thank you to Natasha and her team! 6 stars!

We are sorting through my mother's estate after her passing, and a family member found Silver Lining Estate Sales & Liquidation. I connected with sole proprietor Natasha and arranged a walkthrough for the home in question. Prior to the walkthrough, we discussed SL's way of doing business, which seems very fair and mutually beneficial. I mentioned the presence of several large pieces of vintage (possibly antique) furniture that I asked her to disregard during the walkthrough. Natasha advised that the pieces either be removed before the walkthrough or included in the estate (rather than remain but not be offered for sale). She mentioned that if offered through the estate a reserve price could be fixed to avoid selling for less than we wanted. Based on this info, we (the family) decided to include the vintage furniture rather than offering it for sale on various specialized sites. We felt time was of the essence, and since Natasha did not have availability to do the estate sale until September, we did not want to delay a walkthrough further and risk not getting on her calendar for September. We arranged to have someone local meet her onsite (most family members are out-of-state). I found Natasha's responsiveness acceptable, but did have to prompt more than once for a response at times. After the walkthrough, I followed up via text with Natasha to see how the walkthrough went. She advised that she didn't think she could do the estate sale as there was insufficient inventory and offered to refer me to a buy-out person. When we were able to connect and speak she advised that there was an estimated $2,500 she thought she could sell, and this wasn't enough too make it worthwhile to hold an estate sale. When I asked about the vintage furniture, she informed me that there was a glut of furniture inventory on the market in consignment shops and that recent estate sales hadn't done well selling furniture. She further advised me of the trend of people preferring not to invest in expensive furniture or pay to move their expensive furniture when relocating. I could appreciate the business decision. What leads me to review Silver Lining Estate Sales with four stars rather than five is that we would both have benefitted immensely from this information far earlier, and the lack of it cost our family several precious weeks (and mortgage payment) for lack of it. Also, SL could have spared itself the time photographing each of the items in my mother's house. Buyer beware, etc, our fault for relying exclusively on this advice and not asking more questions such as, "do you have a required minimum of estimated inventory," and "what is the market for large items?" I would do business with Silver Lining Estate Sales again if the need arose, but I would do my research first and ask a lot more questions.

Had a wonderful experience using Silver Linings. The team was so professional and helpful throughout the process and as a touch point since I was remote for most of it. Most people fear this process, but Natasha is patient and provides a lot of support. The best part is knowing that you just need to focus on what to keep. They will take care of the rest.
