Tane has the ability to look a person in the eye and lie to them with a straight face, he is a horrible agent and so is his boss Janet Carpenter. Tane was completely unprofessional, he lied to me and he overstepped his boundaries as an agent. I reported him to the Nevada real estate bar and he was reprehended.

I’ve had terrible buying experience which cost me money and time, don’t use this agency nor their agent Sherrie Killion Kuzmanovic and her recommended lander North American Financial!!!They tricked me into loosing earnest money deposit!!!Me as a buyer I haven’t been protected

Applied to a house with one of their agents, they collected the application fee and never even responded personally to us, after days, with no response, our agent contacted them and they said they denied the application. Lack of respect and consideration

David was great to work with. He's very friendly and knowledgeable about real estate in the area. He always answered all questions immediately, no matter day or time, and provided great advice throughout the home buying process. He also ensured the builder answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend.

Hands down the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! Bonnie is a terrible leasing agent, non responsive, rude and flat out impossible to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve had to hire an attorney to deal with this place, it’s borderline criminal what they do and practice.

About a month ago I hired Jeffrey Combs as my agent. Jeffrey had a so called professional photographer come in to take pictures. Pictures weren't great it was washed out and wasn't great angles and in flattering shots. My house is considered beyond diamond newly renovated.He wrote a Zillow bio on my house horrible.I had to retake pictures and rewrite Zillow ad my self. He went on vacation 1 week later. We kept in contact I said when you get back we have to market this house. Meanwhile I put it on Facebook relestate sites and other category on Facebook. When he came back never answered his phone or showed up at a schedule meeting . Very unprofessional met with manager. Manager didn't know anything and finally she said to me he didn't want work with me. I got of my contract immediately.They wanted me to stay she said your house is incredible. I said I wouldn't stay with unprofessional people. Than I emailed Jeffrey Combs lock box was still on my property. He came removed it without telling me before when . I'm in a gated community. Than he wrote cease to assist email no contact. Well it should of said ceased to exist but I did assist in everything from marketing professional photography and write ups. I would run away from him as an agent and signature realty. Not professional at all. Why hire an agent when your doing the work. There getting the commission.
