Tony Creech, the manager at Industrial Shoeworks, provided exceptional customer service. While in Vegas for a wedding in July, I discovered they sold the Aetrex Orthotics I’d been searching for. Despite arriving near closing time, Tony was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and gave me ample time to choose the right pair.
After returning to Atlanta, I found the orthotics weren’t as comfortable as I hoped. Tony and his team kindly allowed me to mail them back for an exchange, a service they hadn’t offered before. The exchange was smooth, and I’m thrilled with my new Aetrex inserts. Thank you, Industrial Shoeworks! You guys are awesome! I highly recommend Industrial Shoeworks!

I purchased a pair of work shoes in Feb & had to attempt to return them in Apr only to be told they wouldn't accept the return as the inside of the shoe which was falling apart is not covered. What???? If you are desperate enough to buy here make sure your 6 month return policy covers both inside & outside of shoe. NEVER AGAIN.
