Lots of shoes wow. Names brands. The prices are high but the selection is big. Service was wonderful. The music overhead was annoying. Come on.

I own over 250 pairs of sneakers personally and only go sneaker shopping when I am going to buy. I find a few pairs here worth the purchase and am ready to buy but my son has to go to the bathroom and they tell me it’s for employees only. My son is 6 and it’s not a mall so I can’t just run him to the bathroom. If he can’t use the restroom I don’t buy a thing. Those rules aren’t meant for children, a little common courtesy can make or break the sale. In this case it broke the the sale. Know your audience employees.

I had a fantastic experience at Shoe Palace thanks to Ruby! I popped in on a whim looking for a pair of classic Converse. Though the store didn't price match with their online listings, Ruby went above and beyond to assist me. Her service was outstanding, and she did her best to ensure I left satisfied. Great job, Ruby!

Just want to take a moment and give credit where its due. The staff working around 5pm yesterday was amazing. Keep up the great work. I was looking for a certain size sweatshirt that wasn't on the shelf and they went above and beyond to actually try and search for a different size in the stock area. Finally found it after looking in multiple areas. Want to say whomever is managing this crew. Keep it up. To the crew way to set an example that you can all work as a team and be friendly to the guests and set a standard that you have the tools to he successful. You all will have a bright future. I'll definitely only shop at this location moving forward.Cheers.
