Store was clean and tidy but the customer service was non-existent even though there were at least 3 employees on shift. We came in looking to buy a pair of shoes for each of my kids and asked if they had a tool to measure shoe size and were told “we don’t do that here” and that we should go to foot locker if we wanted to do that…so we went somewhere else. ??

Young kids was working and didn't have any type of customer service. I left, didn't buy nothing. The store is cool, but the service is whack. Customer Service is everything to me, and if it's trash, I don't spend my money.

The worst customer service ever. I’ve been standing at the shoes for a while there’s three workers standing around doing nothing never acknowledged me once if there was a no star review I would put it here. Not once have they said welcome or do you need help with a shoe how do they even make money here.

I really love shoe palace, i buy from them all the timeI guess the guy was a bit bothered but kept giving me dirty looks every time i asked him for something I was christmas shopping and saw a price saying 109 for a shoe and pointed it out for the guy, he raised his voice and gave me the nastiest look, i ended up buying one pair...I was going to buy 4 more pairs of shoes but ended up taking myself to the rainbow and Oakey location, One of the reps in the oakey location even recognized me and attended me very well! I ended up buying 2 low dunks, mnd's and even a pair of vans for myself.Will not be returning to the spring mountain and rainbow location again...Sorry fellas

The Service is atrocious. Went here to get shoes that I have actually preserved online, only to have the online order cancelled without any explanation. When I told the store employee he gave me attitude and said that had nothing to do with his store.

I found good discounts, very friendly guys and the best thing was there was someone who spoke Spanish
